omg what an eye opener knowledge for all yoga teacher... this video actually relieved me " oh cool I don't have that much responsibility "... thank u mam 😍😍😍
Great class, thank you. I keep thinking about practices like Ashtanga and hot yoga and the amount of injuries that must occur. Many start these types of yoga without knowing the correct alignments of the postures and are already thrown into infinite flows (Nothing against this type of practice, I practice and teach Vinyasa myself), but first I think you should have the knowledge of these still postures and then able to practice on the move. When you're younger, you can handle demanding classes, but as you get older, practice and your body change, and then you have to use the intelligence of all the years of practice.
Hello teacher excuse me I tried to do positions well, activating my belly etc but why is yoga causing me lower back pain? As a plus... it is supposed I have a tear in meniscus what to do? Regards
Thanks for injury regarding video. Can I question ❓ 1) if any person suffers varicose veins? 2 ) if any person flat foot ? In both cases standing yoga poses helpful or not? 🙏🙏
Standing poses are helpful if they are done with muscle activation (which helps squeeze the vasculature). Legs up the wall also good for varicose veins. You can't reverse them, but it's a good change. For flat feet, you must activate the arches of the feet when doing standing poses - create foot awareness to help engage the muscles of the feet to support the body :)

Hi Marco ~ I would suggest you see a local physiotherapist for both these situations; they would be better able to assess you in person ~
