I could not agree about bras more! The average woman is like a 36D or something these days, but it’s really hard to find larger bras that don’t look like you’re strapping up for battle! I wish designers would work on prettier bras for larger sizes.
Sarah Farris Get fitted for your UK size. If you're American, the UK sizing is more standard than the US bra system. Then, try on different bras if you're able in those bra specialty stores. This is not your standard department store, but places, usually small, dedicated to proper bra fitting and lingerie. (I've gone to Victoria's secret and been fitted in C and DD cups based on the appearance of my breasts rather than the band in relation to cup method. I've also been turned down at places like lane Bryant...I think? Lol, that said they don't service band sizes under 34. It turned out I was a 34FF/36F (UK) 36G (US) at the time. Typically, you know you're in a good store if they tell you about the anchor or scoop methods. With larger sizes, they take special care to have the woman anchor her breasts properly in the bra to ensure the fit is correct and the cage is touching the chest. After that, go online to brastop; they have cup sizes D-K (UK). They're also affordable. So bras that I pay 60-75 at the boutique I can get as low as 25-30 buck's. I hope this helps. :)

By showering every day you remove the protecting layer on your body which is NOT good for your immune system not either is it good for your skin that easily can get dried out. Although you might feel fresh and clean it is not good for you in the long run. I just wanted to say this but if u think that this works for you and you don't notice anything bad than go ahead💕
Magda Ericzon you can shower without using harsher soaps. Every now & then, on alternate days or whatever regime suits you, you can even do with no soap. On days you stay home, you can use soap only on parts of body where you sweat. But you must shower everyday. For body and mind.
For me i think it depends on which country u are staying. Because weather plays a major role in how u take care of ur hygiene. Like in my country we have to shower twice everyday since its really humid here and some european country, yes u dont need to shower that much..

I liked the video until she mentioned shaving and daily showers. I also like to shave my legs when I wear a dress but certain woman chose not to. In the 21st century you shouldn't considered to be unhygenic when you chose to grow body hair. And yes, you should make sure to appear clean and smell good but daily showers are actually really bad for the skin (and hair, if you wash them too often as well). Otherwise: there are some great tips in the video! 😊
