Coiling a ginger jar in clay

  • Coiling is one of the traditional techniques for hand building in clay. In this video I demonstrate how I make a ginger jar shape with lid from coils of clay.

    Very nice coil video! But not sure about the lid/ flange/ gallery construction. Can you do a f/u video on the lid construction with a more visible camera angle? Thank you.
