DIY Sheer Puff Sleeve Top | NO BASIC PATTERN NEEDED - ORGANZA PUFF SLEEVE

Transform a regular black shirt into a cute sheer mesh puff sleeve top following this easy tutorial. All you need is a (thrifted) black shirt, some mesh or tulle fabric and some black elastic band. As usual, it's a really quick and easy DIY even for sewing beginners. I hope you enjoy!
