- The perfect day out at one of the most unique hills in England, Clee Hill could easily be the lair of a Bond Villain. In this adventure, Hay and Kyle travel to Shropshire (AONB) and hike to the top of Clee Hill. They'll explore everything from ruined quarry buildings, ancient burial cairns and giant structures built into the hillside. Sit back and relax as they give you the full tour!

Shropshire is a great county for hill walking and fab views. I haven't been to this particular hill but won't rule it out for a future walk. I liked the baking tray, the size of those cakes yikes! lol!

Brilliant video. Never really knew much about Shropshire either, but had a couple of trips there recently and it's great. Seems like there is so much more to explore. Hiya Richard, yeah it's a good place for a walk, definitely a few different aspects scattered along the hill 👍😅 it's situated along the Shropshire way so would make an excellent walk if you were thinking of going long distance 👍

Nice video, but you're going to have to go back. You completely missed the bronze age defensive wall made from boulders. What you thought was a cairn is a birdwatcher's hide, but there are some cairns on the ridge just to the east. The people of Clee Hill have their own dialect, to say hello you say "ow bist, or ow bist thee butty" hello and hello my friend. There was a guy called Dennis Crowther who was one of the last fluent speakers, I think there might be a video somewhere on TH-cam of him. You are correct about the radomes, the large one is the CAA transmitter and one of the masts on Brown Clee is the receiver. Used to have some mad raves up there in the 80's and 90's🤪.

Great video as always, fresh county this time, very interesting place to visit. That little building you went in which looked different from the rest reminded me of the the stone buildings on St Kilda, which is beyond the outer herbrides.

Interesting video, a place I’ve not walked. Some years ago I did the Lyke Wake walk across North York Moors (40 miles). That had the early warning radar several large domes and had the same vibe. Keep it up!

Hi Kyle and Haley, always enjoy seeing the different landscapes and interesting places of the United Kingdom through your videos. When seeing the old ruins left from years past it is alway interesting to picture what it was like when it was occupied and used. Seeing the Radar stations, especially the Air Traffic radar, looks like it services a large area around it. Congratulations on passing 6,000 subs, hope your channel keeps growing. Looks like Raisin enjoyed the exploration as well, good exercise. Pugs are usually not big on activity and exercise, but he seems to enjoy getting out in nature and exploring.

Bedlam the old name for an ssylum
Tried looking for it on Google maps and the village doesn't exist anymore as they changed the name due to the asylum apparently 😱
To get up to Bedlam you would need Oxygen😂 , firstly it feels like your going up to the back of beyond, once up there it’s amazing the views spectacular, the old minors homes are still there , I love this place , well perhaps I’m biased I do live at the foot of the hills , Shropshire Lass ❤
