Watch the other comparison reviews, this car although has less power on paper, still beats all the other competition in the acceleration and braking tests. Surprising. I test drove it the other day and yes its fast and has excellent brakes, it also drifts quite easily with the TRC off.
I bought my Mazda BT 50 4x4 four weeks ago at Mazda in Cebu Philippines. The 3.0 liter engine is quick and strong from about 1600 rpm or so. Very comfortable and soft leather. The only thing I wish it had is a 360 degree camera like the Nissan Navara.
Thanks for sharing, I might be buying one soon. How's the ride quality? Reviewers say its the best out of all trucks, but I come from SUVs so I'm kinda apprehensive...
@@bryneg2664 Ride quality is excellent. I’ve driven SUV’s and trucks mostly. Before I purchased the BT 50; I drove most of the pickups. The Mazda BT 50, Isuzu DMax LSE, and Nissan Navara Pro 4X comfortable rides were best. The BT 50 had the overall package for what I was looking for - mountains, beaches and city/road driving.
