30ml Rice wine
4 Ginger slice
50ml Dark sky sauce
130g Rock sugar
600ml Water
2 Star anise
7g Cinnamon
2 bay leaves

Hello #KarenLingskitchen, if i prepare this Soja sauce chicken without the Rock sugar or omit the Rock sugar, will the chicken still taste good?
I don't add like adding sugar to my chicken or meat.
It will taste salty and not taste like soy sauce chicken.If you don't have rock sugar, you can use granulated sugar instead.
