FINALY ! Someone finaly puts mint in white sauce !! I've seen so many yt videos of cooks that only put dill or thyme etc. But Mint is the true GOAT of white sauce, and is a seriously underated savoury component for northern african/Middle eastern cuisine omg

@@picklesandoxfordcommas No not tzatziki at all. Here in europe for Doner Kebabs for instance, we have something called white sauce, its a simple yogurt/creme based sauce with herbs and lemon/garlic.
Tzatziki is a condiment and yes it doesnt have any mint.

If you love mint in white sauce. Try Greek yoghurt dip sauce with dried mint, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
