Adam, Seadoo must love you big time, enjoy it. Here's a no brainer, order another wind screen for your older FP, making them a matching pair on the trailer and water. I have put in an order for a screen for our FP21, because I had a Lambretta scooter in the early 70's and used to travel 3 hours every weekend home and at first no windscreen, after fitting a screen, it was heaven.
I can't believe how similar our situation is... I've been wanting a PWC for YEARS... unfortunately in my situation my wife goes back and forth between giving the thumbs up or down on whether to permit the purchase. She usually gives me the green light mid summer (I live in northeast USA) which sucks, because by mid summer they are impossible to get. They will be sold out everywhere. Every time I look at skis though I always seem to come back to the fish pro. For at least the last two to three years I have tried to get a fish pro, and the one time I found one available at a dealer in my state, when I called it turned out it had sold just that morning and was shipping to Florida... I was so pissed that someone from Florida would buy a PWC from Connecticut and have it shipped. If you can't find a PWC in Florida, you're doing something wrong. I didn't appreciate having one from Connecticut poached. To make matters worse, the guy didn't even need a second one. He already had a fish pro, but he had a trailer built for two PWC's, and he literally just needed a second one to fill the trailer. Anyway, I've always settled in on the fish pro, even though I don't fish. Everything else about it seemed perfect for my mission. My mind was blown when I heard about the explorer pro. it was like they made it just for me! I loved the colors, and I loved everything about the way it was equipped. Now I just need to try to get my hands on one. It seems to be a never ending battle.😏
Looks like a fun machine, nice features for off-shore. Take it from someone who’s owned 6 jet skis - try to not ever beach them. Your carbon seal, impeller, and wear ring will thank you later. Sand and rubber gaskets don’t mix well, especially when it’s keeping your hull from sinking. Get a good sand anchor and keep it in 3 feet of water. Dealers will tell you to beach them and then charge you $300 for a new wear ring when it’s chewed up after a year.
Thanks Adam for the look at the Explorer, I mainly review motorcycles on my channel but am about to order the Explorer here in Australia. I’ve had the RXT pwc and still have a 2017 F3S Spyder, BRP products hav been great for me, never an issue so it didn’t take much convincing to get the Explorer. I’ll let you know when I get a video up on it Downunder, cheers.

Wow when I saw the title I knew that there must only be a few built. People are still waiting for there summer 22 skis due to part shortages etc. Iv only seen 2 other Triple black RXP 300 in UK this summer. Like you I'm also lucky. Keep up the good work.
I ordered mine in August a few days after the official release. Hopefully I will get it by May of 2023 to use next summer. I live in CT and hope to make trips out to Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard and Long Island when the ocean conditions permit.

I had a Seadoodoo once. It was a relieve at the time. I watched it float off while I waved it goodbye. Later I found out they call it mr. Hankey and he's famous in Hollywood. To me he'll always be mr Seadoodoo. But in all seriousness that's one sweat Seadoo. Enjoy!

Adam do you ever find the 170 engine leaving the desire for more power? Also I see you have a few trips with supercharged skis going to Catalina, I’ve never found 91 octane there, what do they do in those situations?

What is the range on this ski? Does it run on regular or premium? Great to hit a major river, ski up and down? Do they have skid plates to protect the bottom if hitting shallow white water.
@@AdamSwords Ok thanks Adam. I saw another channel doing some follow me drone testing on a Jetski with the mini 3 and it worked quite well, up to 45 km/hr. I don't really like the idea of flying the drone at the same time as hanging on to the Jetski. There are some mounts I want to get which secures the remote to the handle bar, that way you can see whats going on and hold on with 2 hands.
Fun to watch you, I’d love one of your watches, it would help me from saving up money to buy another Apple Watch… Wishful thinking I am sure, why? Cause I am a 70 yr grandma and folks would be shocked and would be asking me about your watch all the time. LOL Play safe always.

I run it on premium. In eco mode on flat water with gentle throttle I think you could push it to around 80-90 miles.

In the front. I actually fly the drone while riding, the follow feature on the mavic air 2 isn’t great
