Not gonna lie this man has all the space and tools to professionally tint a window. I need to find a hood tutorial where they're tinting the window in the middle of a parking lot with 4mph wind. Good video tho.
So, out of all the videos out here on yt, i have learned more from 5 minutes from watching you work, then any other videos i have watched so far, you make quick work of the whole process and explain your techniques in detail, and can truly say i now have the confidence that i know how to do a proper job, thanks so much. Ill update on my results once i gove it a try.
Bro, not gonna lie, your work and process is excellent. As someone who has about 8 years of solid detailing and ceramic coating experience, and who is OCD and a perfectionist, I can truly admire your skill. Personally, I've always had a difficult time applying wrap and tint. I guess I just haven't done enough of them, but it gets frustrating for me, which I why my profession is detailing and ceramic lol. So watching someone like yourself fly through it, is awesome. Keep doing what you're doing and moving forward! Much respect!
Can't thank you enough for providing all this information for free, too many people will learn for free on the internet then charge other people for information they received for free. Thanks!
Im enrolled in several courses but i always come to this channel for the smaller details, tricks and most importantly the different vehicles being tinted. Courses usually teach with the same basic sedan.
I have a buddy who started his own window tinting business about 27 years ago and have watched him tint all of the cars I've owned since then. He would definitely give 👍👍 to your work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
i just dont understand how this dude has not posted any more vids, he just said he works faster when is records and just looking at him you can notice he just loves his craft
It took me 4hrs to tint the side windows of my Tesla M3LR. Messed up 4 time; one per each windows. 3 were creased and one was cut short because of stinginess. One needs to be redone again because I’m not happy with the result but I need another weekend to do so. I bought Lexen koolmax because I didn’t want to pour too much money knowing that I’ll mess up. Last time I tint my car windows was about 14yrs ago and that was with easy to shrink film before ceramic was readily available. Ceramic seems to take a lot more heat to shrink.
This dude could teach my how to eat broccoli and make it interesting. I mean, I have no intention of ever tinting my own windows and I still watched the entire vid
Great info, I'd never try tinting my own car. I just pay my local 25yr tinter $35 a window for 25% for the front doors & a bit darker for the back here in TX. (The more windows, the cheaper it is) L.E. & Inspection places are cracking down on window tint here in TX. Gotta be no less than 25% & I seen a lady not pass inspection because her new car tested at 20% Talk about a joke, I think they could've let that one slide.
Hello. Could you please tell me where I can buy tape for the rear window, as well as tape for water protection on the driver and passenger windows? How correctly they are written. Thank you very much in advance!
You've been well, right? I remember your visit to Korea a long time ago that didn’t happen. I recently opened a corporate business in Atlanta, so let's meet at the observation deck^^ I support you as you are always the best!!!
Had my 1st go at tinting....was windy and outdoors.... lesson 1 was.... need to shrink the film more next time .......had them terrible bubbles lines....had to remove but..... going to go at it again but will have to time weather next time
Looks like you’re using a Hudson (chapin sprayer) with a Kenyan shut off valve. I’ve been having a hard time finding those valves. Would you happen to know where I can purchase those shut off valves?
I see you folding de sides of the lower section into the seals when you are installing the top. I normally create a big finger in the middle just to relax te sides of the film. Is there a reason that you do it that way? *i’m a beginner
There’s always more than one way to skin a cat. Try them all and find out which one works best for you. Tinting is trial and error you’ll mess up a lot before you really pin it down.
@tint studio. This might be a dumb question but I gotta ask someone who knows tint lol. So I’ve seen some videos of people saying spray tint whether it’s night shade or lens tint works on car windows. But of course none of them show the inside after it’s done. So I tried it. Looked like shit from the inside. All blurry, too dark. So I learned the hard way that those are just people making bs videos for clickbait. But is there an actual spray tint that u know of that works on windows? I’m not good with the film and screwed up 2 Walmart rolls on one window. So thought maybe I’d have better luck with a spray style tint if there is one
@@johnjoe9918 no idea, I guess you’d have ask professionals for that, at the end the day it takes practice to tint well. Took me about 10 Walmart rolls to get the hang of it. Nicer films are also a much easier thing to work with

This has to be one of the best videos on YT for tinting. I been tinting my cars since the early 90s.
It’s this attention to detail that makes the cost worth it.

One Question ❓. Doesn't it get the inside of the door card wet?
I am still learning but thank you so much for the tips 😊
Nice amount of money you have invested in that shop. All you need now is my skills and experience and you would be 👌🏼
Did the rear doors have a cutout for the wheel? The window may tilt in the door in order to clear the wheel cutout.

spray tint isn't going to be clear. You'd have to go with the dyed/painted glass option like most newer privacy glass you see vehicles

I dont see what the tape on the seals does at all.
Most seals have a shitload of fiber on them...tape keeps those and dirt and debris from getting on the window by covering it
super glue
