I know this video is about 10 years old, but it showed up in the list of recommendations from TH-cam. While watching Laura unpack her bags, I couldn't help but think of Hermione Granger's handbag and extension charm. LOL
Thanks for showing this. I am interested if you commute to work and how you do that and in what types of weather. I love my Brompton and just figuring it all out. Thanks.
Hi Laura and Ross. I just have a question about the brompton. I am thinking of buying one. Is this bike worth the purchase? Thanks and I hope you're both well.
I find my heels always clip anything on the rear rack. I noticed your backpack is set back a little - how do you do that and keep it stable? Also, loved all your REI gear!
Hello There.... Really cool video. Im planning a Bike trip from San Francisco to LA on my Brompton. Just trying to find further info about the best route and suggestion about planning. Any recommendations for the prep? best season to ride? , Places to Camp. This is an early stage on the planning. Do you know any Brompton group or riders willing to do it? :) Cheers for the help JC
Well done, Laura! What is that little bag into which you have stuffed all your clothes? Looks like a miniature blue duffel bag. Where did you get it? I just bought a Brommie and I am taking it on a Greyhound to NYC with all my clothes stuffed in a B-Bag. :-D A little bag like you have would help me do this.
gableslizard it’s a compression bag from Sea to Summit company. I recommend version made from eVent fabric. I use this kind of bags for packing clothes and for my sleeping bag.
Notebooks don’t run out of batteries. Notebooks are waterproof. Notebooks are lightweight. You don’t lose everything on them if you drop your notebook from four feet. Notebooks have uses. Sometimes it’s nice to be off a a screen.
So cool. Any chance Laura still has her bag o' headbadge-making tools?
