Starfield - How To Get Voyager III The The Most Expensive & Powerful Ship In Starfield For Cheap

- Consider checking out my Patreon / sinkiller - In this video I'll show you how to get the most expensive and very best class C ship that is purchasable. Has the best stats and ship parts I've seen on any ship that you can steal from the universe :). This ship has better stats then UC Vista and pretty much anything you can buy. Better stats then 90% of ships I'd say. Its valued at over 500,000 for me, making it the most expensive ship I have found. I almost hope there is a better version of this.
Requirements:
Few things to note to get this ship.
1. You need a Class C License to pilot this beast.
2. Star Ship Design Rank 4 might be required as nearly all the main components require Rank 4 Star Ship design (TBC)
3. Rank 1 Targeting System Perk is required so we can hit the engine and grav drive in order to dock with this ship and take it over by force.
4. Visiting planets & moons over level 60 will most likely increase your chances of running into the better versions.
5. This is a random event so its not a for sure thing. May take time and multiple attempts
Notes:
1.Not sure if there are any level requirements I'm pretty sure there isn't but do note I'm level 75 when finding this ship.
2. This ships is completely random so it will take time to get it. Seems likes its more commonly found in orbits where there is stuff floating around in orbit, for example stuff like all the metal junk,debris and asteroids.
3. Technically this ship should be able to be found in nearly any system I believe but more likely found in higher level systems. I suggest starting with Masada because we know for sure it spawns there.
4. I'm not sure how this will impact none main quest line companions. Main question companions will be furious at you and it may impact your chances at getting lucky with them ;) . Other companions may hep out if they are evil alignment or possibly neutral . Beyond that I'm not sure. Let me know in the comments if you do.

You can find the them as the merchant ships that warn you about threats in the area
You dont need to kill Valentine. Go to Mercury. Land right in the center of the day zone. I had an area with 2 smuggler ships. Just keep reloading until one of the smuglers will be Voyager. I got a Wraith & Voyager. Even if you get a ship there once you can come back later and get another. I use Mercury to reset the Trade Authority contraband merchant on Wolf so I land on Mercury very often.

Awesome I wish you luck it can take a bit of time. Once I find a good land spawn location I'll post that to make it easier.
Just a small tip, if you have no companion with you and none on your crew either for the capture you will get a lot less bounty (companions rat you out). I think the reason for this with killing the crew specifically is that you need a witness for bounties to stick and if the crew is all dead the witness is your companion.
When I tested this on another Valentine I still got the same bounty amount or maybe 10k less with out crew members. It might be a little bit less but not a huge amount from my testing but maybe I missed something. Let me know your results if you get it :)
get jassemine as companion, find her on the key. she never ratted me out, even helped me flatlining everyone on more than one occasion. she’s the best, even brings you money.

Do NOT bring companions with you when you board the ship. You won't get a bounty other than the initial attack. I've taken several ships and walked away with 650credit bounty even slaughtering the entire crew. If you take your companions with you, they rat you out. If you kill everyone on board with no companions there's no witnesses so the only bounty you'll have to pay off is from the initial attack when you're shooting out the engines.
I tested this on another valentine and still got a bounty so not sure if it works for this ship or maybe I did something wrong. Let me know how you went if you do pick it up.

@@SiNKiLLeR_ You'll get the messages that you get a bounty, but once you go to pay it off you'll see you only have the bounty from the initial shot on the ship. I've done this multiple times. i got one, i got one :D i did a side quest to drop of miners or something and it came down, and i sprinted after it, old mate was outside, so ran straight passed him, broke the lock, went in and claimed it for $0

Yep. There are two Class C Reactors that are rated for 40 power output, and they are the strongest in game. Nice find!

I just got the Autobahn version of this … specifically was hunting Galbank so did NOT have any companions with me. When all was settled, my bounty was just over 6000 credits. That and the registration fee combined was just about 75000. Quite a nice ship at a bargain I say
I have the Autobahn, Reef and Vista versions of the Valintine. The Vista version I decked out and made into a battleship. Ever since I came across your videos, I have been questing for Valintines! Thanks for the info
***Update***
Now I have the Voyager variant of the Valintine. But mine seems to be a lower tier. Reactor 27, shield 1360 and valued 255k. I did it solo as well. On previous Valintines I had a bounty of 120k-140k. This run was 68k, seems like it worked but still not convinced (crew size was smaller).

The Valentines 40 reactor ship is what I was waiting for, I let him go twice because I always do. But he showed up to that 3rd time in a 40 power class C that looked like a shipping container ... sorry buddy, my reactor is a 37
Never realized it was that many credits I forget about having tier 4 commerce , it costs 380000 something with tier 4 ,that's why I over looked it plus I build my own from scratch love what they did with this part of the game . To bad can't make them and then put up the customs for sale. Good vid lot of info I didn't know about.

I have got a couple of these ships now. Most recent was 2 days ago in either Masada, Hawking or a nearby level 70-75 system. I found this on a moon shortly after landing. I haven’t done any upgrades or mods to it yet.
I remember casually/randomly stealing a ship without realising it was a Voyager III-class (I hadnt seen one before). It wasnt pirate-owned, just explorers that had parked so I grand theft auto:ed it. No killing involved, just had to sneak up to the door and digipick it. Then I started going over the specs...oh boy. Now its my main base of operations for practically everything.

I swear the spawns on this game are so funny if you are driving around a certain ship your more likely to find more. I was so excited when I found a voyager 2 racked up a crazy bounty paid it only to bump into a uc voyager 3 non-valentine my next jump by skips of all places and barely got any bounty at all even after killing the crew although Sara disappeared I can’t find her lol

Weirdly, I found this ship completely intact , just floating in space with no one on it. Docked, entered and sat in the pilot seat and flew away. Weird. It is.....huge.

One landed right next to my ship on Venus while I was trying to find the settler vendor. I approached. Door was locked with advanced lock. Picked it. No crew inside. Took off with it. No bounty,, zero cost other than to register it.

I was watching and was like "oh, let's see what encounter spawns this cool ship... NOOOOO, NOT THE SINGING GUY!"

I come across this fool often. I have the voyager 2, which is almost identical to this ship. With the upgrades I have added too it, I’m sure it surpasses it. It as well comes as a class c ship. Jacked it from a ship landing site on a moon in welish.

If found this ship as the "UC Vista III" jumping around the Masada system. With only Vasco with me, the bounty was 8800.

Thank you for the video. Yesterday i was trying to farm this ship without luck, for now anyway. Bet i got a bigger problem. I was able to get Hyena II ship from a distant system called Hawking. I flew there with Starborn ship and we know that it´s range is huge. Then i landed with that Hyena II again on the moon to try getting the Voyager III and quicksaved before exiting the ship. But no ship did spawn and i loaded the quicksave to try again. Of course the " autosave " saves the game every time also when exiting the ship. But always after few times when i save the game, my saves gets messed up and the quicksave disappears. Only the autosave and the saves from yesterday and older, remains in the saves list. So now i am stuck on Hawkings with Hyena II and it´s range doesn´t cover any distance so i can fly and land on a planet so i can change the ship back to Starborn. Only way is to load a save from 2 days back and that is annoying.
I just found the voyager 3 at masada viiu-a it seems a lot of good ships spwan in this area

- Voyager III appears in the stock
(Rinse and repeat the steps if u cant find it)

Yo there is a much easier way to do this using an outpost and a landing pad with shipyard. You can reset the shipyard stock without leaving the planet. Fastest way to buy ships nearly. Worth looking up.
The insuranse salesman sometimes fly a Voyager III. The one I entered, had the UC red and yellow colours. Now I am curious to see if he comes back.
Can you capture that encounter tho. I tried many times and they always warp out to quickly.
@@SiNKiLLeR_ Sure. You have to fly close, disable engines and enter quickly. I have boarded many. They do warp fast, even after a connection is made. Disabling the grav drive do not work.
Interesting that I heard the song mentioned in one of the systems in the upper left quadrant of the map. On my journey to the system mentioned, i was level 41. I couldn't make it to the level 65 system, though made it to the level 55 system adjacent to it. At that system, ran into one of the Valentines. Boarded and captured. The ship i captured was a much lesser ship, in regards to parts. Curious if the level 75 systems will have a more powerful ship.
Yo, so Level 75 systems should have more likely chance to get the best version. But its still going to be random. Ill find the class b and sometimes even the a in 75 but much less. Wish you luck :)

Geeze, for me it was just 21k in all to clear my bounty!! I have the UC Born trait so maybe that helped... so glad I chose that than lol
(btw I think it's the Highlander III (trader ship you need to pirate) that has a 41 reactor. Another ship I saw in my jaunt through Masada... but I didn't save it for that one :( ah well, I'll settle for the Valentine Voyager :).

Stole my Voyager III from the Extended Warranty people, took an hour to get it. It was a bit hacky to get it, had to turn the game to very easy as you have to take out the engines instantly and add the zero dock time mod as the extended warranty vessel has instant warp repair and instant engine repair so if you attack it it will warp out when it takes damage and even if you damage it fast enough it will warp out while docking, you have to go from first hit to docked in less than 10 seconds. Side note if the ship warps out while docking it is weird being docked to nothing the ship will say it is docked but it is not. The coolest part was this glitched take over ended in a zero G space battle on the ship. Our packs actually emitted gas as we flew around the ship fighting, it was a blast. I have it saved might try to make it a video.
Holy crap i can't believe you pulled that off. I thought it was impossible to steal that ship encounter. Very well played :) i spent a while trying as well.
Just one thing. When you register the ship *Dont* do it at a ship technician, go into your own char menu and do it there you save a ton of credits, its set at a different % of the ship value for some reason don't know why.

I thought so too, but I tested it yesterday and it was exactly the same price to register from my menu compared to the ship tech.
I was low level im just 16 now, I heard that singing right after i got the mantis, around lvl 12 I think, I had no idea singing dude was that ship, id rather get it at max or higher lvl though.
Right now I'm on the run mission kicking my butt, realized I had very little heals.
Singing dude ship can spawn as nearly any ship. The higher the level the better it will be :)
Oh yer on the run is a tough one some heals will make it much better :)

How Can I buy Voyager III?
You'll need to be level 72 for Technicians to sell the Voyager III at least from comments. I found after many many resets (Venus resets) the Technician at Mars (Cydonia) was selling it. Here are other places you can but it.

What ship weapon build are you using to drop a level 72 Valentine so quickly?
I lowered the difficult to very easy or normal ( can't remember) for this encounter as my ship was badly damage. I didn't want to miss it .

I suggest traveling to a different lvl 75 system then and jump to each moon. Or just start jumping from system to system and it will spawn but its random so it can take some time.
Best Grav drive there is. I think there's 1 reactor with a little more hull. The Pinch 8Z

Today Bethesda outdid itself. She made my Prophecy 3 ship disappear, all equipped with weapons, engines and reactor that I improved. I was very angry. As revenge today I dismissed my crew and captured another Prophecy 3, 1 Hyena 3, 1 Autobahn 3, 1 Stormrider from Galbank and 1 Voyager 3 that came as Valentine ❤️. In all captures, your tips were essential. Thanks. It's sad to kill innocent people (freestar and UC). I think this will have some consequences when I go to Concordia. I haven't finished the game yet and I'm not NG+. I'm at level 70. Soon I intend to get Galbank's Stormrider 3. Despite this collection, my favorite ship is currently the Chimera 3 (with improvements). Your videos are wonderful. Thanks again 😃.

Galbank can be tricky but I've been seeing them orbit the cities more and more :)

What engine upgrades would you recommend to get 100 mobility. I have to go back and look at which ship i got, i can have a crew of 9, and it looks similar, but I think i may have the 2 and not the 3. She is red lile this one. Mines all gold. I added a few things and now i struggle with thr mobility.
It can be hard to over come mobility with big ships. Its comes with the territory unfortunately. But best bet is to get 6 SAL-6830 Engines as they will give best maneuverability.
I know it's just a game but if I do that it will haunt me 😂

You got me jump from moon to moon then ran into the UC Voyager by it's self Masada V-C in orbit, then i took out the engines....lol UC Voyager same body but lower end parts
Yo bro, Yer so the Valentine can be a tricky one to spawn the Voyager 3.As the Valentine in its nature can spawn as almost any ship. Masada seems to be a good system for it to trigger but still tough one to crack.
You might have got the Mk I or II which is still very good.

What level were you at when you captured this ship? I find that most if not ALL, ships you can catch or purchase are level-locked.
Levels are a big part to ship spawns and then there is the spawn spools which other change each NG or every week or two. Its tough to figure that last one out. In this video prob 80-90 from memory.

I found the best ships in orbit. Best two ships I've found are the highlander III and the Stormrider. Both were OP C class ships with amazing guns and massive storage. The highlander had a C class reactor with 40 power!!!

For anyone look an alternative to not kill the Valentine I found a free star Voyager 3 while farming for a claymore in massada I'm level 35

Please make it clear that the Valentine is tied to your level. Early game you get a huge variety of random ships that are the valentine. I saw a narcissus version this morning at about level 13. Higher level characters will see higher level ships in that role.
Its been hard to say that for certain as lower level players have found it so not sure if its level lock. It will take multiple times to get the right ship to spawn.
What system were you in when you saw the lvl 13 version? From what I've been able to tell in my game enemy ship level is tied to the system level rather than player level.
do it before ya start the Crimson quest chain and they will forgive ya for killing their friends

I stole a version of this ship that some colonists landed on my level 75 moon. Didn't have to kill anyone. I would feel bad killing that sea shanty captain.Note if you find a lower level of a design, its not hard to upgrade it to better than the "III". I just priced it out. It would cost me 150,000 credits or so to make it the exact same as this. Not including registration which i think was under 50k. So just a bit more than you paid, and i didn't piss off all my stick in the mud companions

Will the bounty be less if you do it solo ? your constellation members love to rat you out so might be worth trying solo.
From my testing you'll still get a bounty. From comments only way not to get a bounty is doing it by stealth. Doing a video on this soon.
Actually I think Vista is much better (for me) - very roomy, I got all things I need for upgrading weapons and suits or for produce meds and food, I dont have outpost - my ship is my outpost and mobile home :D Voyager is to small for me :P

Yep it will respawn and you'll be able to find it again. But right now ships are not landing on planets. They will fix this in next patch.

Do you still get the "companion hated that" if you don't bring them with you? (If you don't have them on your ship). I don't wanna tank my relationship with them lol
As far as I know they wont know or care so I dont think it matters but just make sure to save just in case.

I managed to steal this without killing a soul. I stumbled across it when it landed on a planet. Whole crew left the ship looking for water so it only cost me 1 x water 😂

You do realize you dont need to target grav drives to board ships? Just the regular engines.
I thought some ships could still jump even after being attacked?

You might be right I remember some ships wwould jump straight or very soon after I attack them. Lt me know if you find the same thing.

I can sell a Vista 3 for 75,000 with Rank 1 commerce so I would say maybe 80k resell value for Voyager III. With rank 4 Commerce it should be more :)

I’ve built up millions in bounties and just go to jail to clear it, so you can do that and have the ship just for the registration cost

You mean they don’t take whatever credits you have off you, for example I have 100,000 creds but a bounty of 200,000, so your saying I keep that money?

I was pleasantly surprised to have this land 400m from me the other day and they crew just abandoned it. Can confirm the ship is amazing. I believe it was on Procyon III.
I haven’t any skill points in ship building, so there is nothing I can do to make it better right now. Totally worth killing civilians for it if you have to.

Valentine is a garbage bucket, dont do it. I’ve captured the ship, registration and bounty clearance cost was around 1M! Considering specs and bounty to pay - not worth it. The Shieldbraker with minor engine/reactor upgrades + weapons is far superior to this piece of 💩
Wow what did you do to get 1 million bounty? I've done it many times and never had that much. Shieldbraker is another good option.

Do you reckon ? Reactor alone is expensive. Apparently you can do this stealth and not get a bounty so that would tip the scales even more.

God damnnit! Other than murdering a same sex couple that invited me aboard. I have only stolen ships from bad guys, mostly on the ground.
I have complimented this guys singing on two different occasions recently, I am around level 41.... I dont use console commands or any mods or glitches to get money... But I need this ship. 150k is a steal for this ship. Imagine shaving off a little mass and giving this a little more of an agressive looking profile. SO far I have capture 2 Varuun C class behemoths worth around 300k I think. I am told is you go solo with no followers on board you dont get the same bounty as there are no witnesses.
I've never ran into a same sex couple before. Its a huge universe. Yer I haven't used console commands yet either and sounds like you have gotten some awesome ships so far. From my testing even solo you still get bounties.

I'm level 102, I've only spawned one high level Valentine. It's was level 76 but only valued at 340k. Every other one I come across in Masada is lvl 27. Very frustrating.
Yer it can be pretty damm hard some times. Are you on Very Hard difficulty? Have you tried landing on the moons of Hawking's system and then using save and reload trick to see if they are in your spawn pools?
