oh mannnnn .... I was searching for sardine recipe from raw fish (most of the recipes are from canned fish) ... i landed up on this one .... Initially, I was horrified by truck load of oil being used ... slowly, as we progressed .... i realised that she is cooking for atleast 50 servings ... then came the application part .... i was floored ... I think this is the best PRACTICAL /DO ABLE sardine video on internet ... great culinary skills .... love from New Delhi.

When it comes to homemade DIY's in the Ghanaian community here on TH-cam you Madam is genius. The first time you made homemade sardines was when I knew you'll blow up. Oh yes!! I've never doubted your skills and talents. Sure most people love to cook and yours is pure talent. You're always researching and experimenting I can only imagine. Your hardworking, determination and consistency has brought you this far and I'm so very proud of you I wish I can give you a big hug 🫂 🤗. Great video i especially loved the application part. I love sardines with bread. I learned alot. As for canning, consider using a canning rack or a towel at the bottom of the pot. It prevents your jars from cracking since they do not have direct contact with the heat source at the bottom of your pot.

Considering how canned sardines have tripled in price this past few months in Nigeria, it would have been nice to find the fresh ones to buy and make from scratch... That egg and noodles stir fry at the end is 🔥🔥🔥 plus that Garri fortor will sure hit different with those sardines. Garrli fortor brings back so many boarding school memories

My husband bought sardines 2 weeks ago and I stored them in the freezer I just didn’t know how to go about it till I chanced on your channel. Actually, is my first time seeing your videos.
