This is completely edited by the way. Its from a TH-cam documentary called divided and damaged: the peace walls and the second guy was a loyalist. Not an IRA man and youll know that by the stuff this video left him out saying. The two of them became friends and do murals together between the falls road and Shankill Road

@juliusraben3526 Yes, the Gates Foundation and Big Pharma, we DO need to look out for the "little people" in these difficult times, Covid was an attack on humanity and it came from a US lab and was released in China just four years after they started to lose the war in the Middle East, thanks to Putin and Assad, whom they tried to accuse of carpet bombing his own people just like the WMD's of Saddam Hussein which never existed but served as the justification for the illegal war in Iraq, backed by Tony Blair but led by the US.
The British Empire has been replaced by the US Empire and now we have to wonder about the sleeping prophet, Edgar Cayce's prediction about Russia and a new Christianity that would arise there. Will it be "militant" Christians like those we imagine in the biblical crusades (embodied in the rants of modern day evangelicals)? Or will it be Putin defending Russia from an overextended NATO and a war resulting from Obama and Victoria Nuland's coup and the Maidan massacre...
Time will tell but Russia is well armed and not interested in "conquering new lands" or "converting people to Christianity" like they try to scare us on the other hand with "we'll all have to convert to Islam" (Hollywood psyops).
It's all capitalism with (hopefully), some sort of healthy communism, again, if Belibaste's prophecy of "the good people returning in 2020 - see Pierre Belibaste, the last Cathar).
Interesting times, no more British Empire, we're now fighting pure evil in ourselves against the vaccinators and spy-phones, with Big Brother and Alexa recording everything on our phones on the CIA's and NDA's illegal overseas database and everyone loves it, thanks Orwell and Huxley 😂

In any conflict if truth be told many combatants in the maturity of autumn years agree that the mayhem they were a part of was pointless in retrospective reflection. The Troubles Northern Ireland experienced is no different. People died for nothing, destruction occurred for nothing. People were maimed physically and mentally for nothing. In the end talking and agreement accomplished more than any physical force or imposition of one will over another. It is important that agreement is maintained and one side does not attempt to subjugate the other. Politics is a poison, an idol, that destroys people. In the end we each have little time here on earth and the time we spend here has direct effect on how the spiritual element of our existence travels beyond into eternity. I am in my autumn years, I have experienced much, pain and loss in this conflict, just like so many others irrespective if side or identity. I honestly am of the opinion that it was all for nothing and I reckon all such conflicts are the same. Live and let live, love, share, help your neighbour. Trust in God and pursue His perfect plan for us. Nothing else matters. If we do this simple thing and behave as He maps out for us, our journey will be much more pleasant and painless. The mortal end comes suddenly and in most cases without warning.

Probably the most satisfying post I’ve ever read on this very complex conflict of the norn iron troubles of which I did nine tours of. 1970 - 1993! Nine years as a parachute regiment soldier and 14.5 years in the 22 nd special air service regiment as a killer/ terrorist for the British government. Lost seven good friends over there, for what? Don’t get me wrong, we equalled the scores more times than that, but for what? Total waste of life, not forgetting the Ira in its many forms, and republican splinter groups, killed more catholics. Their OWN. Paranoia? No, just evil fuckers, loyalists too and believe me it was easier to fight in the Falklands than do Op Banner tours. I personally preferred the cuds, south Armagh o r Fermanagh or Tyrone, coalisland, pomeroy and the like. Belfast and Londonderry was brutal. Ingenious evil bastards always had a trick up their sleeves. Yes it was naughty AND we all got away with MURDER. 😂😂😂😂

Bad evil people on both sides and for what, flags, lines on maps, armchair generals sending the cannon fodder out to do their dirty little deeds and at the end profiting from it while the majority struggle to make ends meet. A close look at many of the big names from the era and beyond to more recent times proves that. A very affluent outcome for some but not for the many. And the circle keeps turning but hopefully real thinkers see through the bull and do what is right and proper. Hope so anyway.

I only found out May this year that my great grandfather on my Nannas side (her Father) was killed during the “Irish Civil War” it was never mentioned ever, my Mum only learnt this year aswell! It was the “family secret” that he was Ogliegh Na Eirean (I think it’s this? Still trying to learn it) the Anti-Treaty IRA. Maybe they were Ashamed? I’m not sure? My Nanna was 5 weeks away from being born when he died, so she never really knew him as he wasn’t spoken about? They moved to Liverpool pretty much straight after he was killed. So now I’m really interested in trying to find out more about this time in Ireland, there are so many different books, Podcasts and Documentaries on the subject, it’s kinda overwhelming on choice. Can anyone maybe stear me in the right direction on day the best books to read, Movies or Documentaries? I’d be really really appreciative. Due to boring dumb Cancer sh!t I have a lot of spare time on my hands atm 😉 and trying to keep my mind occupied, you know the score. Anyway, I hope someone give give me a hand. Wear Suncream and stay safe ha. Cheers from Australia.
Ps. I know this is a very divisive and controversial topic but I’m trying to learn more about it so I’d like to get recommendations from everyone, both sides. I don’t think I’m too Naïve, and I’m not trying to be flippant or cause a shit show in the comments section, just trying to educate myself and hopefully my kids. So please don’t come at me! Haha. As an aside, my Nanna (Catholic) and my Grandad (Protestant) from Wales had to get married in a back vestibule of the church and many of my Nannas family refused to attend the wedding 😬 which I also only just found out about.
