I think you were a bit unfair to the leap feats / leaping in general. Jumping can be a means to avoid difficult or dangerous terrain entirely, as well as a way to get around enemies (if you can jump high enough, just jump behind them to flank). If the GM has interesting battle maps, they're likely going to include cliffs or balconies on the occasion too, where those feats can get a chance to really shine.
Btw, love the little animations you did.

Well congrats. This video triggered me, lol. I feel like you’re off on many of these, possibly even 50% or more. For some of them it appears you don’t take action into account, whether for the number of actions to do the thing, or how it helps reduce actions. For others it’s statements like, “just use a spell.”
I plan to come back within the next couple of days and address all these things, feat-by-feat. Lol. But in the meantime here’s a couple examples.
Cat Fall - This one jumps out right away. A D? Falling damage in Pathfinder 2e can actually be pretty rough. Finding ways to mitigate it can be extremely useful. While it won’t come up every fight, it will likely come up every level or two. It’s also nearly mandatory once you start flying. Any spellcaster, ranged enemy, or outstanding reach-based melee creature worth their salt is going to be doing what they can to knock flying heroes from the air. This can help mitigate repercussions. Also useful out of combat sometimes.
Quick Jump - This and any feat that helps increase distance. These work as both action reducers AND mobility enhancers. Two of the best things to embrace in combat. Sure, you can Leap 5, maybe 10 feet, depending on your speed. But with this feat and that same action, you’re typically leaping 20 or more feat. This is useful because you can leap over large areas of difficult or even hazardous terrain in combat or outside it.
Wall Jump - Okay, this feat isn’t really good. Quick Climb is probably better. I’m commenting on this because of your assertion that a spellcaster can just cast fly on you. Sure. But that’s a 4th-level spell. There’s no Mass Fly in this game. You’re encouraging people to spend arguably the most precious resource for any character in the game, a precious spell slot, to do what could be done with one skill feat? Nah. No thanks. Again, this particular feat isn’t great, but the “just use a spell” mindset comes up often. Outside of Cantrips, those are all finite resources.
No Cause For Alarm - This is in the running for worst skill feat in the game. The 3-action cost, combined with a pitiful 10-ft emanation, kills this feat dead. Who’s going to spend 3 actions to MAYBE erase a frightened effect that will go away after a round anyway? This is the biggest trap feat in the game, imo. I’ve had this used several times at my table and every time there were multiple better options available. It’s only used now at my table because I increased the emanation to 30 feet in combat, 60 feet outside of combat. So now the Charisma-based, Diplomacy-heavy builds like the Bard and Sorcerer-typically the only builds that can overcome the often high Wisdom DC of many players-can actually use it more than once a blue moon.
Kip Up - It’s an A all the way. It’s good on EVERY character. Mod-Dex characters will find they can get seated pretty easily. High-Dex characters, often ranged, need it less frequently but are typically less prepared for the outcomes when in situations where they do need it. Low-Dex melee fighters and even tanks can use it the most. They might be built to take a licking, but at some point even the Champion will be knocked on his bum. You did sing Kip Up’s praises, but this is an A for everyone in the game, not a B.
Battle Prayer - This is an A for every non-Divine caster, including but not limited to non-casters in general. It’s a one-action source of alignment damage, with no Incapacitation and not subject to MAP. With a Master proficiency required, it is fair to say most people who take this are maxing out their Religion skill. With Will being the weakest Save on the highest percentage of creatures, a Crit Success isn’t an infrequent result. But the beauty is this triggers weaknesses. Add on the 30-foot range and no manipulate Trait, and this feat is A all in the way.
Fascinating Performance - Implementation of this feat is rough. It’s fine for setting up for a round when you know the enemies are around the corner, and it’s solid out of combat. But in combat this sucks. It’s got Incapacitation when used in combat. It also ends when it or any of its ALLIES are attacked. So…almost immediately. Also, Fascinated in combat sucks because they can still use spells against you. So get ready to eat that Fireball, ranged Bard! Also, while flavor text hints at being mesmerized by only one creature, actual mechanics state the fascinated creature just takes a -2 penalty to Perception & skill checks. There’s literally nothing preventing the creature from simply walking away and/or attacking another PC while Fascinated.
This feat is solid for a Battledancer Swashbuckler, who needs only beat the Will DC of one of the targeted enemies to gain Panache (even if said enemy isn’t fascinated). Beyond that this is near-worthless in combat.
These are just a few that stuck out upon watching.

I think most his advices sounds more like he's facing the game as D&D and not Pathfinder. Difficult Terrain sucks and fall damage could get you killed easily at lower levels. I admire the trouble in making the video, but most advices ignore that only 9 (from 23) classes are casters by default and spells are not as powerful in PF2. In particular the advices about falling and jumping could kill a character, if that said character is on earlier levels they will be killed.

Hefty Hauler is pretty good if you want to play a golf-bag kind of warrior, with a different weapon for every occasion. Items in bags are stowed, and thus take longer to draw. Weaknesses to specific physical damage types aren't rare, so it's pretty good to wear a varied assortment of weapons on you. Extra points if you're wearing heavy armor, that tends to take you dangerously close to your encumbrance limit.

Personally, I heavily disagree with Cat Fall’s placement, because fall damage in PF2E is way more of a problem in the system than in DnD for example. So trivializing fall damage or outright negating it means your character can do a lot more acrobatic stuff and has far more movement options that they can exploit for their own benefit.
Definitely A tier IMHO, more movement options means better strategy, something any character can benefit from, provided they train in Acrobatics to match the prerequisite.

Based on his ranking of this feat and the various climbing feats, I’m guessing his GM doesn’t put a lot of altitude variation in their battle maps. Put the bad guys on top of a step slope and suddenly Combat Climber becomes a must have for your martials, and a pit does the same for Cat Fall.
… which is fine, but it means YMMV for the skill rankings.

Quiet Allies seems dumb but is brilliant. If you alone are sneaking the chance that you roll a 1 and likely crit fail is 5%. If your party of 4 is sneaking the chance that at least one of you rolls a 1 and crit fails is 20%. If you are a party of 6 that goes up to a 30%. With Quiet Allies your chance of the party rolling a 1 is 5%.
Of course if the guy with the lowest modifier has a modifier of 0 that a not great chance of success at level 2 when you take the feat, and is worthless at level 10+ where he's probably only going to succeed on a nat 20. The secret there is that your party doesn't use stealth if you have people with a 0 modifier. If your party wants sneaking to be part of their toolkit you have to plan for it as a party.
Everyone who isn't already a skill monkey should take the level 3 general feat Untrained Improvisation (or level 5 Clever Improvisor ancestry feat for humans.) You can't be good at everything, but Untrained Improvisation means you won't be awful at anything. That's priceless.

Hi. New PF2 player here. I feel like PF2 (and Remaster) did everything right vs PF1 -except feats. That you need Expert skill for L2 skill feats (and Master skill for L7), when you need to be L3 (and L6) to qualify, makes zero sense. It makes feat selection - and onerous retraining - sooooo much harder than need be. The feats are not well balanced, either. I found if I apply the RPG NET color code rating system, with red/worst meaning down one level, and blue/best one up, sooo much better.

Man, I am so sorry saying that, but from my point of view, I coun't agree less on your classification. As I see it, either you have just started playing PF2E or we play the game much different. While Cat fall is a must have forager gets outdated at lvl 2, as gold progression is made.
Combat climber and quick climb are also pretty good, as at higher levels it automatically upgrades to CLIMB SPEED, which is amazing to have.
Also fascinating performace it seem amazing but actually its pretty lame, as with just by making an hostile action to ANY of its allies.
And OMFG... Quick Jump is ABSOLUTELLY AMAZING, its a must have for anyone attempting to jump seriously, as in my 4 years playing pf2e i have never seen anyone in my party attempting jumping in combat without having this feat.
And quick repair... you will never do it in combat. let me explain myself: a character who wields a shild it will almost surelly have a weapon on the other hand and, to repair something, you must have a repair kit on your hand soooo, you must drop your weapon (0 actions), take out your kit (2 actions) and then repair your shield, ending your turn disarmed and triggering reactive strikes with almost everything, as you most likely are the frontlane of your party. Furthemore, clases who most likely wields a shield dump its intelligence, so you will most likely never have this kind of build. For other clases... well, the standard repair activity its just 10 minutes, the same time as refocus, healing and another bunch of things, so its not really penalizing you that much.
Man, if you rated A for quick squeeze for rogues (with I still strongly disagree, but anyway), you most also rate Recognize spell as an A for every spellcasting class, specially mages and witches, as its a prerequisite for counterspell, right at level 1, and dont have to wait for lvl 16 for the mentioned rogue skill. That also applies to quick recognition
Quiet allies its also an amazing feat. If one party memeber is discobered, actually everyone is discovered, so you are just multiplying the chances of the party of succeding, as you just make 1 roll, not 4 or even 5, depending the size of the party.
Foil senses its also a must have any stealth build, or everything you work around becomes useless as soon as an enemy has an special sense, such tremorsense, otherwise you are like a lighthouse. Swift sneak its also a fcking must have!!! Moving 15 ft, or even 10ft while sneaking so sooo bad
Man, kip up its one of the best feats on the game... Not you just get to make an action for free, BUT YOU DONT TRIGGER REACTIONS!!!! Soooo, you just fallen unconsious, the healer healed you a bit, just to fall again as soon as you try to stand up as you will trigger reactive strike (supposing the enemies have it, of course), and thats just the most obvious but not the only one, as the GM can also make the monsters trip PJ.
Wall jump its not a terrible feat, probably not an amazing feat, but absolutelly not terrible. Furthemore, ITS SO FUN!!! But please, dont compare a thing you can do infinitelly with something which costs a resource, 2 actions to cast and 1 action to mantain every turn (which then you fall and, if you dont have cat fall, you take damage and land prone, and trigger reactive strikes when you stand up if you dont have kip up, all terrible feats as you call it). But now seriously, I'm starting to get angry. Sure, with cloud jump, if you have 3 actions and 40ft movement, you can spend your full turn jumping 120ft horizontally (just if you took quick jump earlier, otherwise you must spend an action running, so you will only jump 80ft with the same hypothesis. Again, a shitty feat for you).
Risky Surgery is just amazing, nothing more to say, as it is most likely a guaranteed crit success.
Armored stealth is never used, as you only get a penalty if you dont have enogh strength, which means you have high Dex, so you are not wearing heavy armor and dont have any penalty. Or maybe you are just wearing a noisy armor, in which case, just switch armor.
Exhort the faithful is also soooo bad.... its just YOUR faith, so its not just situational but also i think it must also be granted by the GM.
Even all this I have said, the video was very good, I just hoped you put a little bit more effort on the information being precise and well clasified that to the animations and effects, that are just amazing, so clean and well done.

This is done so well but the advice is so garbage I don't understand. Does this guy actually play Pathfinder? Or is he new to it?

10:49 Because people should be making their games more memorable instead of just "I walk up to the goblin and attack him... twice! Oh wait, it's PF2, so I have a third action!"(I am NOT knocking the 3-action system(or PF2), it's my favorite part of the game!)
11:22 I was JOKING about playing in a hack-and-slash dungeon crawl game but it REALLY seems like that's all you have experience in! If so, YEAH, a LOT of feats are just useless!

23:51 Superstition Barbarian any one?! Heck, even a low magic game! This is already enough cases to make this a C tier feat! What do you mean you need more reasons?! Fine!!! You used up all your spell slots so you CAN'T cast Comprehend Language!!!

13:32 You read this feat ALL WRONG TTS man/dude/guy/disembodied voice!!!!! Your GM must have rolled poorly on your check to Decipher Writing, if only you were a "Student of the Canon"!(I'm counting PF books as Sacred texts so SotC applies here lol)
21:02 Insert "NOPE!" meme here!!! Well, more accurately, that is NOT ALL it does! Kids, if this doesn't encourage you to learn to read I don't know how to help you, and if you can't read this was a waste of time because you can't read!
21:54 Um... Yeah, why move full speed while sneaking in combat! I thought combat happened a LOT in TTS guy's games but apparently not. It's more likely he thought that people should just be able to move full speed while sneaking anyway!
