phase wire washers, yeah i had the same issue and had to invent a spacer/washer. i'm having stopping distance issues with my setup so i have bought some minimoto/pitbike calipers and moped brake levers, need to measure up now for some real hydraulic hose with 10mm fittings, and make a mount for the calipers, then try to find a 200mm disk with about 20mm of actual contact area as the bigger calipers have bigger pads with 15 mm of width of friction material, and my current rotor is about 12mm in a wavy pattern
