Let me know if this helped! Who would like an All-In-One shooting *and* editing tutorial??

I'd love to see an all in one.
This helped alot and answered my previous questions to you. Especially the highlight slider as light room uses it so much better and is more powerful than dark rooms. I'd like to see how u can take a photo and then put it into light room straight from the halide app as can't seem to find the easiest way and use darkroom as it's built in but still much prefer light room if there was an easier way. Ie change the editing program built into halide with one of my own options

@@markbaily7828 In Lightroom mobile, go into the settings, tap Import, then turn on 'Auto Add From Camera Roll' for Photos. Now, when you take a photo in Halide it will automatically import into Lightroom 😊

Newbie just getting really into photography with my iPhone 14 Pro. Very interesting but I wonder how you learned these techniques? They are not intuitively obvious! Did you learn them by Trial and error, or are all these methods of tweaking digital photographs documented in books somewhere? I haven’t found a good basic guide yet. Any recommendations? Love your channel.

I was just casually watching this tutorial and then the random Romanian ending hit me. O zi buna si tie!

when exporting my jpeg I got like a very decontrasted photo. And it looks like it has lost some details. Even If I export TIFF or JPEG 100% . Do you have any tips to avoid that?

Thanks for the review and tutorial! Got the app on my iPhone 12 Pro and MacBook Pro. Im not a professional photographer but I love to see my photo content getting better with apps as Halide Mark II & this great Darkroom app. Affordable and well-functioning!

Hope to get some assistance. I use darkroom app on iPad Pro fine. Recently I tried to mirror it to a monitor via an old Apple TV (long story short, my 3rd party USB C to HDMI adapter didn’t work) and I have two iPad Pro and iPhone to share a monitor. The issue is Apple TV stops mirroring when I selected a photo and started editing. iPad Pro continues to work fine and monitor stays in the preview screen. Wonder if anybody uses Apple TV with Darkroom app with no similar issue. Thanks for the video. It helps.

I got this a couple days ago for my MacBook Pro. So far I’ve only been using NEF (RAW) files. Glad to see we pretty much use the same techniques. I find myself struggling with temperature sometimes but after a miss I usually get it right. The question I have is does this app have an advantage in editing raw files? I can’t tell you how many times I have been told to get light room but I never pulled the trigger. Is dark room comparable?

Darkroom and Lightroom are completely different apps. I discuss Lightroom a bit in my Darkroom for Mac review from 09:05 onwards.

Very useful, thanks! Would also like to know how you handle RAW photos in various conditions (such as bright outdoor, dark indoor, portrait). Keep up the Editing Series. 🥳

Really don’t like the results from darkroom comparing to Lightroom, looks like Lightroom instruments smarter, especially when working with highlights and shadows, Lightroom can process highlights with minimal affect to the rest of the picture, but darkroom can’t.
Also Lightroom has own camera, yes it is not so handy as halide but it works even in free version

Great iOS app! Broken RAW image editing in 15.0! Mentioned the issue to the company and they blame iOS, although other apps have no problem with RAW images!
