I disagree as far as a felony but they should definitely be required to return any money that was given. A felony only creates even more children growing up in poverty and an even more crowded foster system.

The 3D ultrasound is actually very realistic. I had 2 and I knew my daughter would be her dads twin and my obgyn said she had my toes. She came out exactly that way
