1st Case: At the end, the defendant says the other guy is better anyway. What?!?! The guy who's incarcerated? Her whole family needs intense therapy.
Even her mother tried to tell her the other man isn’t a better choice. The mother IS DELUSIONAL. She’s obsessed with him and wants him and wants to pin a baby on him. She’s convinced herself and needs major help!

I have worked with people with intellectual disabilities. I think this may be the case with this lady (Ms Cole) and with her mom.

Absolutely! She knows who her child's father is. Her baby does not even favor her . Did they give her the correct baby at the hospital? If so, her baby looks just like his dad who will probably have the same strong features (head, eyes, mouth/lips shape) that her baby does. Maybe even the same medical condition in utero! I'm just saying.

I think they both are mentally slow. My mother is mentally slow and she is the same way. She said that I was her ex's baby even though her ex left her a year and a half before I was conceived. He had gotten married to another woman by then and when child support sent him a letter he almost lost his marriage. He was lucky that my mothers biological brother had been married to my moms ex's biological sister and she testified that it was not possible for me to be his baby. My mother is so mentally slow that I essentially had to raise her and keep her alive starting at age 5 when my grandmother moved out of the house and let me my mother and my little brother alone. She has never been able to work and should not have been allowed to raise a child what so ever.
@Blueness1230 actually depends on your mental cognitive it can mean you do not know right from wrong. Though, it mainly means you can be easily manipulated like my mother was by every guy she slept with, including her long time boyfriend she got with when I was 2 and is still with.

She suffocated the baby because she couldn’t stop the baby from crying and didn’t understand babies cry. It does happen that just because you can have a baby. Doesn’t mean the person will be a good parent

I actually had a woman in San Angelo attempt to put a baby on me. The only bad thing was i was in a whole other state on her conception date. I had been gone for a military obligation for three months, and she still attempted to say that the baby was mine. We did a paternity test, and of course the baby wasn't mine. She then attempted to take me to court for apparently "paying the people at the clinic to swap the samples"

One of the things that I hate about Judge Lake is that she cohorses and aggressively forces guys who AREN'T the fathers, into be or becoming the child's father. Even when they don't want to or just wanna move on and be left alone, she ( in a roundabout way ) tells them that should/need to continue to be their father.
That always bugs me.

Now how is the judge going to say the man in the first case is partly to blame when that lady was just lying about sleeping with him? So what, he’s to blame just from knowing her? Make it make sense! Yes she broke into a man's home. She wanted that man, yet he was happily married. He shot her while trying to get her out of the couples home. She broke in and when the couple came home, she wouldn't leave. I hope someone other than her mother or sister has the little girl. All 3 , the mother, sister and babies mom have or had mental problems. May the little one be safe e and away from rom h er grandmother and aunnt.😢
For the first case, ive seen enough episodes to know that when a guy told you that he never had intimate with you, her reaction was confirming that he was not the dad. Other episodes, the women would go rage if their guy dare to say that.

She's got a medical condition, a very serious one. She needs a psychiatrist real fast. Or she could get disconnected from reality more often. The later diagnosed, the worse. Get her help, please. These patients hallucinate, and their hallucinations may be visual or audio hallucinations or even both. I won't say the name because there's a stigma about it. But please help that person fast.
