You have to admit though the judge was spot on and both were idiots. He tied to push his agenda too and the judge also shut him down. Both of them were more interested in putting each other down than who the baby daddy was. I don't think that little boy needs him in his life either. He needs someone who can teach him sense instead of holding a vendetta. Hopefully the grandmother can teach him how to treat people with respect. She was sensible.

Ridiculous in the first case of the judge to tell the guy who was lied to that he should continue to act like a father. The woman was disgusting, disrespectful and rude. Imagine her continuing to talk like that which she will to this man in front of her son. Demeaning him and no shame. He needs to walk away and not look back. The child will have no respect if the mother doesn’t. But he should be compensated.

My abuelita (grandmother) was most of her adult life, a DYFS (CPS) head administrator. My cousin and stepsister, our school was across the street from her job, after school we'd all go there and sometimes even meet & play with the other kids there for ..... different reasons.
The kids were always so surprised seeing us and seeing how happy we were, how clean we were, how my abuelita and our parents loved us. And they would always ask to come home with us. All of them saying they hated their parents and foster parents. There was one girl I remember that played with us and when it was time for her to go, she said to her mom "you don't deserve me. I deserve better!" That minute right there, my abuelita made a special report to have them keep coming back for check ups and knew that the "mother" was not as nice as she acted to be. It's easy to know what "patent" doesn't deserve their child! Just ASK THE CHILD. they will always tell you the truth.
Mr Johnson should have his name removed from birth certificate and get child support back
Doubt he'll get money back but the mother will probably get it changed to get death benefits and welfare without having to deal with the man. Honestly it would be in the best interest of all involved because you know that child is seeing that drama too.

Well dear, it's called putting the child's best interest above your own. She doesn't ask them to be financially involved. She asks them to not walk out on children that they have been emotionally invested in. What's wrong with that? It's called being a responsible adult.
I agree with both sides. If a man doesn't want to stay or doesn't feel guilty, he should decide what's best for him. But, I can understand still being there for the child because he loves the child(ren) or doesn't want the child to have no father.

1st case: I don't appreciate the judge encouraging a man to take care of the seed of another man💯 Especially a seed his woman conceived while cheating on him.. that's crazy. However, dead man was, as his mother tested as grandmother, and they were related. At least the mother spoke up and admitted it when she saw how the baby looked as he got older. Don't forget neither were faithful. they were never committed. However, they both should have had sense enough to do a DNA test when the baby was born. Not right of him to be upset the baby not being his when for all he knows he has fathered a child with someone else at the same time. too many times on here I have seen men with more than one child that are a few months apart in age. One case the babies were a week apart and the father was so sure the one child was not his with the ex because he had moved on with the other baby mama. Both him and his new girlfriend were upset with that news and the judge had to remind the new girlfriend that that child was HER child's sibling and her child deserved to be able to grow up knowing his sibling.

The judge was so wrong for encouraging him to stay and be the father of this child when the mother is so disrespectful to him. Why didn’t she encourage him to go back to his state and fight to get his name removed from the birth certificate. He needs to leave her little one and little boy in the dust.

Many times men are lied to, sometimes even end up serving jail time for back child support payments for a child thats is not theres. Im appauled at the Mother in the 1st case first off. She started the name calling and i agree he shouldnt have done anything back, angry with her or not. The 2nd im more shocked that Judge Lake didnt mention to her about being sorry to the man. She didnt have one ounce of sorry and he was hurt that that boy wasnt his. Wish the heck that grandmother could raise that boy the way she acts. She wont allow that man in his life after getting the news he's not the father. She just got his money for 4 yrs and now get more from the Grandmother as she'll definitly be all over that little boy and understandable with losing her son.

The first case the judge let the name calling go on for to long. She was calling him 'little one' multiple times and he didnt disrespect her until after multiple times of her calling little one, and little fella, etc.

As many of these recordings are about 8-10 years old, I wonder what these couples feel like when they see them today. Is it shame, embarrassment or have they just not grown up any more in the intervening years. What about the children in these cases, all old enough to watch and understand everything that is going on here. How does it affect them?

Ist case: The man stepped up to be the child's father even though he felt like he was not the father. All for him to get told he is not the father and get guilt tripped by the Judge telling him he should continue to be there for a child that is not his and a woman he cannot stand!!!
