It is very similar… and as far as looks and seating i actually prefer the older bike. I assume the new swing arm would give better grip powering out of corners but i have not pushed it that hard on the street to feel the difference. That is the most obvious thing of course… just look at my max speed when i show the dash in the video… 😅
The passengers foot rests above it, parallel to the exhaust piping, the physical exhaust does not contact the passenger whatsoever... therefor it does not effect the passenger in any negative way. Order your CR-T if its maximum volume your looking for... it does not negatively effect the passenger in any way other that having a loud sound.
Ive got the same 21 rsv4 factory, but mine is stock, only thing i have done is disconnect the cables in the pipe so the valve is always open. It's an amazing bike but my dream bike has always been a panigale v4s so i cant decide if i should trade my rsv4 in for one or spend the money to get a sc pipe and tune for the rsv4 so i can actually feel and hear what she sounds like unleashed. I’m fixing to pick up a 22 rsv4 ultra dark this weekend, I’m considering putting this exhaust on it. Personally I think the Ducati looks a little better but you can’t beat the sound of the Aprilia.

Hey Bro, nice video... probably watched it like 3x now haha... considering this exhaust for my 2022 RSV4.. can you tell me if earplugs are necessary? I run a Shoei RF1400.
This is a question i cant answer… as everyones noise tolerance is different. Generally on short rides.. 30min i do wear it. But thats mostly because of the helmets i use being very loud. Agv pista & X-lite x-803. The shoei is pretty quiet in comparison. Exhaust was never the reason i wore ear protection. Rather wind noise is what really gets to you on long rides. So if you dont wear ear protection now this exhaust wont make you have to do it. Unless you have sensitive ears. But i recommend everyone wear ear protection no matter what helmet and exhaust you have.
Yes the rear set from the 1000cc rsv4 is necessary to install this but now sc project make a specific CRT pipe for the 1100’s so i’d probably recommend ordering that one.
Is that an aftermarket rear set or one from a different model year Aprilia. If it is what model and year did you buy the rear set off of? I know for that sc project exhaust you need a rear set with a mount so I was just curious. Awesome bike😁
The rsv4 has the cat attached to the stock muffler… so i didnt bother doing a full system. The sc project cr-t is just a slip on that replaces the stock muffler and cat with a straight thru end can. Easy install. Tune is a must as well, since the cat is deleted.
