I appreciate this! I’m going to use the corn ribs tonight because I have some vegetarian friends coming over for a cookout. I’ll cover them with a homemade barbecue sauce and then bake it. Thanks!
If you liked the corn ribs you should try this dish that’s basically those quartered corn (cut into smaller pieces, actually cutting into sections before quartering is even easier lol) fried in garlic, chilis, salt and pepper!! Super amazing, it’s a kind of street food dish in Hong Kong
