wow that would of been an awesome concert. whatever man you couldn't see the goodness so maybe you shooda gave yore tixket to a starving orphan instead.
I remember when I met Paul Raven and Miranda round Portabello punk days. Spent the weekend with them in Denham. Very bright, intelligent guy, inventive, arty. And a hard working much loved musician. Loved history. Lost touch - RIP - Paul.
You lucky sod, I lived in my uncles gaff back then on Walterton road Only people I ever bloody met round Portobello were Curiosity Killed the Cat haha:)))
Jaz been like that for years when was having a beer with him in Prague 2003 he told the people asking him oh jaz can we chat to fuck off and stop been rude and we kept doing our thing.😂😂😂😂
I think Geordie wasn't there because to be fair, and Jaz struggled himself, Geordie struggles to speak longer than 2 minutes before throwing a f**k into the conversation, bless him!
Paula was gorgeous. So sad for her. KJ are a band I totally ignored when I was young. I was more into Bauhaus, Bunnymen and Banshees. Now I can't get enough of them. I've got like 7 KJ albums now. Love them all so far. Still trying to get Extremities but the cheapest I can find it is over £50 on ebay. I might have to shell out as ive got the t shirt and don't wanna be a poser! BTW Ive listened to it on YT so am aware it's magnitude!! 😆
Yeah it's hard to track down KJ records affordably, try Discogs too, it's usually better than ebay. I was able to get a few KJ singles last month without breaking my budget; especially proud of this nice 7" of Empire Song. Likewise I didn't really get into them until more recently. It's been a really great journey listening to each album, seeing live videos, interviews and the Death and Resurrection Show documentary was also a great watch. Extremities is near the top of my list too!
Pour moi ce group Killing Joke j'ai découvert grâce à mon frère aîné lui qu 'il m'a fait découvrir ce groupe Britannique Killing Joke pop rock métal depuis c 'est très belle découvert .
Why are there people standing around all over the background. The two behind Jaz and Raven, after being yelled at were humiliated and embarrassed on air.
It's always amazing to see how music journos are so uncomfortable when interviewing Jaz & Co. (Raven+Geordie R.I.P.), regardless of how good they are. Great video, thanks for the share. I love this band so much, it's hard to explain. Honour the fire.
So great. Friend of mine just saw them last night, sadly opening for Tool. .... Tool should be opening for them! RIP Paul Raven.
"Too much too soon", as Lemmy said
both those bands kick ass.
wow that would of been an awesome concert. whatever man you couldn't see the goodness so maybe you shooda gave yore tixket to a starving orphan instead.
hah, tool are an embarrassment, KJ are a hundred and fifty times better
Let's get real here. Tool should not be opening for them...

They have the best sense of humour.
RIP Geordie Walker, and obviously the great Paula Yates!❤
And Paul Raven as if it wasn't enough.
Thank God Jaz is on the wagon nowadays but Raven will always be missed!
I saw them the night before this interview at the Edinburgh Caley Palais. Absolutely superb!
After He told em to shut up they stared at him with such resentment lol
Jaz been like that for years when was having a beer with him in Prague 2003 he told the people asking him oh jaz can we chat to fuck off and stop been rude and we kept doing our thing.😂😂😂😂
He looks like Nick Cotton here
@@David-h4z2s nah Paul looks more like Nick here

Homie really just told them to shut up. What a gangsta 0:28
Sort of people that like Killing Joke can see through all the bulshit.. and they know Killing Joke is the real thing..
These guys are my heroes, Paul Raven RIP always so naturally cool, and Jaz is a little drunk here but always a great spirit with great brilliance
Raven: It's going to be a horrible atmosphere , truly horrible, the whole area.
I remember watching this live on TV, & laughing hysterically when they outed PC Paul King....!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Agreed.
Best band live? Yes.
I love the 2 folks behind them sizing them up for a confrontation. Not worth the trouble, mate.lol
Dude looked like he wanted to fight for a sec
Two drunks! I've never seen Jaz ln such a state before.Or so rude! I love it!
Whats so praise worthy about being rude?
Shut up a minute
„Handbag music‘s out this year. Killing Joke is in. Geddit?” This made me howl with laughter. Love KJ
Alain prost looks different in this interview
ha ha ha ha marrant :)
Paula Yates. I still love RIP and raven sad. X
I forgot paula yates was everywhere on english tv at too many points
too many? no
I remember this interview when it happened ,I was sat watching it live
Love jaz but he is an extremely unconvincing hardman heehee
yeah right!
Lol. True. No wonder his nose is so flat
he looks violent
He looks like Nick Cotton Here🕵️
@@David-h4z2s He looks related to Ronny O'Sullivan sometimes
Like Paul Raven Leather jacket
A lot of Johnny Rotten vibes going on in the interview
Shut up a minute, will you? I fucking love Jaz Coleman 😂 R.I.P. Raven ❤️
KJ my first gig 1982 Lyceum london
PMSL LAUGHING AT THE 'HAIR-DRESSERS ' COMMENT.
Someone found the 2 Golden Tickets?
R. I. P. Geordie
Great interview from the lads. They kind of remind me of the late great Mark Hollis with his dark humour and often disdain towards the fake media!

Brilliant. Total nutters!!!!
I’m starting to think Nirvana are a killing joke cover band including the we-don’t-care attitude
Marvellous from 80's.... look forward to seeing live in April :o) Top stuff!!!
I’m going to see them in April too, my sister bought me a ticket for my birthday!!! Can’t wait!!
WOW ..... The only alive of this video is Jaz !
Really funny. I enjoyed this video
“Too many hairdressers!” 😀😀
Lovely.
Sadly these boys made a career out of bad career moves.
Absolutely pished. Love it
Ultimate fucking rebels.
Paula Yates, bless her
Don't do herion it really I'd the shittest
Paula yates i used to Fancy in the 80s
She was a popular gal.
We all did, mate, we all did....
She wasn't just a looker, she was a lot of fun...and a very naughty girl indeed.
I thought brits were supposed to be more polite or whatever
There not it's just a front
Great band
who's the bloke on the left?

I went reading up on her and discovered her daughter also died from overdose. Too tragic
do you even know who she is? she's a great interviewer.
No doubt@@bluebellbeatnik4945, Paula Yates is (was, R.I.P.) one of the best, it's just never been easy for anyone to interview KJ.
I feel like the interviewer wanted to leave so bad lmao
She thought they were joking about the golden tickets. Do they look like jokers?
was that lady Geldof wife ?
Yes.
Geldof is one rat bastard alledged to have pilfered funds from Live Aid, how else is he worth over £250,000,000?
these fools trollin 😂 respect 🫡
Spinal tap punk 😁😁😂
Listen to "I am The Virus" - right here on this medium. Legit and prescient.
Looks like Nick Cotton down the Queen Vic with his dodgy mate
I think Jazz is overrated and Paul and Geordie are underrated. They made the songs unique. RIP Paul
Can't agree. His lyrics and voice compliment the band perfectly. having said that, I think Geordie is the most critical component of KJ.
Цой и Каспарян
🤘🤘🤘🤘
Getting trashed lol!
I love it:)
She touches her feet so much, she is so uncomfortable with them! she sucks!
Being uncomfortable in an environment where there's liquor involved while you're interviewing a really great band, doesn't mean you suck. xD
Why is everyone online a prick?
brillant
She was killed
Spinal Tap is more serious than this load of tosh…
Raven had a bit of Michael Hutchence about him. Paula must have been moist.
She was killed
