votejj do some research dude. Today automotive brands are in need of any add. Tv doesn’t works any more. Company’s Spend almost half of their budget on ads so giving to a young guy car for several months + little fee is almost nothing. And hey strong effect because it isn’t straight but hidden ad.
Same was with lotus, black was his own but red was a contract with lotus which didn’t worked well.
You really think that every TH-cam with 100,200 400k subs buys new car every 3 month ? Does 10 videos with it and then sells. Trouble is that 95% of viewers believe or doesn’t care. 95% for brands it’s a success.
Do some research and analytics people! And you will understand how world works
votejj of course dude automotive market is huge. TH-cam for car brands is like free platform! Before TH-cam came - brands spent millions of their budgets for ad on TV which wasn’t a target ad (children, old, young people watch tv impossible to target) here it’s easy because all subs. Are automotive interested so to brands it’s nothing to send car for several month + several $k and get almost free ad.
Take shmee he gets a car - bought a car, do wrap, 10 th love, 10 th hate. Sell car. Straight contract.
Same with auto dealers guys lease car with good discount because they do an AD. Then that car earns money for them because it allow to create interesting content + they advertise companies which they visit during their videos. .. but still now body cares. All people believe like cows what brand like.
For most of youtubers it’s nothing more Than à job. And some of them aren’t not even interested in cars.

The feeling never wears off, got my 458 a year ago and done around 7000 miles in that time in all weathers, they are nothing short of fantastic, might not be fastest thing on the road but no car ever gave me such emotion. Enjoy it the 430 SCUD will only go up and up in value! :)
