Also have the LG32GS95UE and I have been loving it. I use it for work, gaming, and watching movies, and it is damn good at all of them. I know everybody gets super crazy about the specs and 'matte' vs 'glossy', but honestly the LG has been perfect for me. I am sure the ROG panel is slightly brighter, but for what I use mine for the HDR is great. OLED is just better for motion clarity, and the 'matte' coating (which it really isn't matte, more like semi-gloss) looks great, it is SO much better than a regular 'matte' panel.
Plus the built-in speakers being actually good? Super useful for having a clean desk setup without the need to purchase additional speakers, for anything more 'high-fidelity' I have my headphones for that.

Great vid! Glad you have started streaming as well! I had the LG, but returned it for the Asus PG32UCDP. The Asus had a feature set that fit better with what my setup already had (mainly my audio/speakers that take advantage of the Optical output on the Asus). I'm thrilled with the Asus, mainly the matte coating not being as pronounced but the LG stand was leagues better. So ready for the PS5 Pro launch!

I appreciate the review, I've been considering the monitor for myself because of it's super clean styling, the mininalist in me as well. For IEM's, I use 64 audio's A6t's. I play guitar on stage and they work great for me, but I also use them as regular headphones when other people are home. Mine are custom molded and I'd absolutely recommend doing that if you can, there's basically zero fatigue since theyre made for your ears

Also, I have the XENNS Mangird Top for IEMS and if you have the budget, id definitely recommend. Always find myself going back to these ones out of my collection! Also, question about the LG warranty. I’ve been seeing mix things regarding their 2 year warranty. Were you able to confirm with LG themselves that the warranty covers burn in? I’ve seen multiple posts from users saying LG’s warranty doesn’t cover burn in and that’s something that’s stopping me from fully committing. Great video and hope to hear back 🙂

Everything LG/Asus makes is so much more expensive than the MSI QD-OLEDs. Love my C2 and the fact I got it for 1500 from Costco, but I could not care less about 480hz 1080p for a monitor that's such a dumb goofy feature for anyone who isn't a counterstrike pro that plays with a ski mask on. Wish I hadn't bought my Alienware first gen QD-OLED just because the second gen improvements and 16x9 aspect ratio. For $600 bucks right now you can get a 360hz oled from MSI you'll never convince me that any of the 1000+ dollar options are a good deal until they can put out either 360 at 4k or 1440 480, or at least give us the 80GBPS version of Displayport 2.1 because god forbid all DP 2.1 devices and cables not just be the same thing instead of bisecting the spec 11 different ways. Thanks very cool. Oh it would also be cool if they were longer than 2ft long.

Im right there with you. I was in the market for a monitor because it was time for me to have a dedicated computer gaming space. I was in the living room with my 4090 machine hooked up to a LG OLED C3 77 inch and it was effin glorious! So the only monitors that I could even choose from was the 1300 dollar Asus or something else. There is no monitor that gets even remotely as bright as my C3 oled so I was stuck. Then... Costco came thru with their clearance C4 48 Inch and I scored one for 699 bucks with 5 year warranty. Hell, I shouldve bught 2 just because. Then I planned my setup around the C4 oled. I got a 77 inch wide 36 inch deep motorized desk and mounted it on a heavy duty arm. So for the price of the Asus with the dual modes, I got a motorized desk, a C4 48 inch and the arm. That was a no brainer. I dont play sweaty ass fps games so the 144hz is perfectly fine for me.

This Monitor has 2.9ms input lag and Asus pg32ucdp also has 2.9ms input lag and 360hz 1440p monitors also have over 2ms input lag because of DSC people may say you can't see the 2ms input lag Yes we can't see the 2ms input lag but low input lag is very important for drag flick shots and reactive flick shots. I'll wait for Tandem OLED monitors they will have 2 Times higher brightness than current OLEDs and they will have DP 2.1.

I’ve tried and returned various OLED monitors, from 27-inch to 48-inch TVs. I even returned LG’s 32GS95UE the same day I purchased it from Best Buy. Not because it was bad. It was just missing features I needed. Finally, the Asus ROG 32PGUCDP finally met my requirements. It has better brightness, USB-C support, and HDR color saturation adjustment, unlike any other monitor. It supports dual mode 4K 240Hz and 1080p 480Hz, Picture in Picture, KVM switch, and more over LG’s 32GS95UE. The screen is anti-reflective, not really matte. I didn’t even pay full price for it because Best Buy didn’t process my last return correctly. 🎮🙏🏾

@@Chigoziem92 i chose the LG dual mode instead and gotten it. I previously use the ASUS pg34wcdm ultrawide 240hz oled, it is also marketed with a KVM, but the KVM feature is unusable... lazy to go to the details but basically i have a gaming desktop and a work laptop. I have mouse, headset, keyboard and mouse that i wanna use on both devices. Bottom line it didnt work. I had to purchase a cheap USB ugreen kvm switch for $20 bucks and that work flawlessly with a touch of a button on that physical KVM switch when i am swapping between desktop and laptop. I remember the problem with the Asus in built kvm switch on the monitor is that it requires both devices to be turn on. If u only turned on one device like your pc, and the monitor remembers that your last use on the kvm switch was for the laptop and now the laptop is off, u just cant switch it. Something along that line, cant remember exactly. End up that KVM feature in the ROG monitor is useless for me.
anyway i chose the LG dual mode for its aesthetics and that inbuilt speakers. that inbuilt speakers is really a god send even though yes i have external stand alone studio monitors. sometimes its way convenient to just switch to the monitor audio when i am on my headset instead of the studio monitors in which i have to turn them on physically and switch the audio input source. Just way more convenient to quickly switch to the inbuilt speakers and it sound decent for youtube comsumption. Of course it cant beat studio monitors or external speakers but for convienience, i really love it. The other features between the Asus and LG to me are pretty gimmicky and i will nv use any of it, so i dont think i am missing out on anything. For USB-C, i dont think its a deal breaker. I connect my laptop using a usb C to display port cable.. and its just a $10 cable.
