Thanks a lot! The Epson Pro Cinema LS12000 definitely packs a punch, delivering incredible brightness even in challenging lighting conditions. It's a real powerhouse for any home cinema!
Nice theater! Just a friendly reminder for you and your theater friends, the 5.2.2 is the number of channels a system has, not the number of speakers. The first .2 is incorrect since Dolby states that the LFE channel is only mono and should always read .1 no matter how many subwoofers are installed. This incorrect number is being added to show everyone how many subwoofers they have on many many home theater youtube channels and are misleading new HT enthusiasts. "5.1.2 w/two subs" is the correct labeling for Atmos. I currently run four SVS SB-3000 and my channels are 7.1.4 w/4 subs. Remember: Channels not Speakers. Keep up the good work!
Great build and one of the the best Home Cinemas on TH-cam . Perfect planning and execution 👏. One question , if I may . Is the LCR speaker choice upto the task ? Tough for a 6.5inch to hit reference , isn’t it ?
Haha, we get it! Home cinemas like this are a dream for many, but with careful planning, there are ways to create an amazing setup at various budget levels.
Appreciate your thoughts! While a 7.2.4 system is definitely an option, the 5.2.2 configuration chosen still delivers an immersive audio experience in this space. Sometimes it’s about balancing what works best for the room and the client’s preferences.
@@RogueHomeCinema I’m sure it sounds fabulous. I forgot you guys are from Australia, and here in America, we do everything to excess lol. It’s a a great project r nonetheless. Very well done.

Wonder how long before you include the rear surrounds 🤔
Thank you so much! We’re always looking at ways to enhance setups like this, and who knows, rear surrounds might be a future upgrade!

which relativ flat onwall-Speakers do you use usually? which brands are of good quality with clean hights?
Nice theater. I thought with a room that size it would be at least a 7.2.4 system.

So upgrades are awaiting :)
Beautiful but no seats in the middle means no sweet spot
Eight seats in total and not one that is perfectly centered? Sorry, theater looks great but it’s a FAIL. 😢
So you discredit the entire room because a seat isn't centered? The homeowner wanted this...
