    It won't drain your battery - it turns off when you close the trunk. I had to put a camera in the rear of mine to verify so I didn't kill my battery.

      Does it work on all ND's or what model year is your car bro? Mine is 2021 and I have the same doubt but I thought the same thing, that it turns it off automatically because the light was not hot at all, so... 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Honestly the wheel for the infotainment is great, had it in my Mazda 3. After a while you even memorise the clicks over to your Spotify and phone feature. So you don’t even need to lock while you do it. And no grubby finger marks.

    You don’t need to shift to third to hit 60 in an ND2 btw. Fuel cut is at 60. Fun video. Edit: forgot this is 100kph yeah you may need to shift for that extra 2mph haha but it should do 0-60mph in low to mid 6s even with both of you in there tbh.

      Works really well, a great electronic tech innovation that flattens out the body roll substantially in fast corners while retains a comfortable ride for normal driving
      Far, far better than the old fashioned hard springs and heavy duty sway bars solution, these belong in the horse and buggy era.

    I have a 2021 GT RF and just recently drove a 2023 with the KPC. Honestly, it's not anything astounding. Those who actually care about body roll, this renamed brake torque vectoring doesn't really help, since $200 aftermarket antisway bars does much, much, much, much more than KPC can (you can spend several hundreds more for aftermarket springs too but not necessary at all), without having to deal with uneven brake wear over time. Also, KPC gets DISABLED when traction control is disabled...and you know where people WANT less body roll? On a track. Oh, but wait. Tracking a car means you'd likely want the traction control disabled or as close to disabled as possible, but hang on you can't have KPC when traction control is disabled in this car :O ...thus useless.

    I solved the body roll in my MX-5 2.0 ND by fitting the Ohlins R&T, the kinematic posture control is electronic and I hate too much electronics in the car, it is an electronic aid that will never be as effective as excellent shock absorbers which by lowering the car and being more hard as well as functioning differently from the originals they make the car flatter and less subject to rolling

    No reviewers mention how noisy it is when driving these things. Pre Skyactiv MX5's are nowhere near as noisy as the later ones. The noise profile to my ears sounds like its increased double.

    The one thing--young guys like this usually don't say ONE WORD ABOUT--NOT ONE WORD, is "is it quiet, medium, or loud inside the cabin with the top UP? The real world use of a long, freeway trip, say an hour to six hours--rainy weather, or foul environment, so you have the top up. Top up be it cloth or hard top. NOT ONE WORD, is it quiet, or moderate, or must you shout to speak to the passenger? Music? See, I have watched now maybe TEN of these reviews--NOT ONE DAMN WORD. I for one, have had about enough "reviews" that are this thoughtless. But thanks for posting, I give up.

    • @toddsmith8608
      @toddsmith8608 ปีที่แล้ว

      @jimquantic... I'm guessing it's not a quiet car compared to any other modern car. Making a quiet car requires sound deadening material which is quite heavy and that goes against the entire ethos of this car. Have you considered a test drive, or perhaps rent one on Turo for a few days?

      The MX-5 is most definitely a sports car. 0-60 in 5.7 is not underpowered. No joke, give a car more HP and it goes faster in one direction. Make it lighter (more difficult) and it goes faster in all directions, is agile and much more fun to drive. Other cars are overweight. Enjoy your 220 HP Prius.
