Lots of shoes at half the price of these, some quite comfortable too. I’ve never experienced durability that even comes close to Norda though. Genuinely unmatched. Plus I find their sustainability focus is enticing. Stoked you’ve found the right shoe for you though!
I had the Peak 4, now run in Norda 001. In the end it was easily justifiable for me, since i've ran more than 3 times the distance and the shoe isnt worn out yet. Same thing when comparing to my speedgoats. Im actually saving money on these shoes.
Haven’t tried any La Spos personally, but in my experience with Norda the increased price is matched if not surpassed by the same factor of durability. Stoked if you vibe with the Bushidos though!
@@lukewbarrett Norda probably beats La Spo in durability but hard to complain (for me at least) when I was able to get the Bushidos for less than 100 USD. They did well on my run today but man, all the max cushion shoes have made my feet weak!

It's real hard to justify these when you can get a pair of La Sportiva Bushidos for less than half the price. They even have a wide variant too.

Expensive for sure... But in my experience the price is well and truely offset by their longevity.
