Im surprised it don't have rear window louvers options, this is one of the few cars where rear window louvers actually look good, yet we get them on the Buffalo STX, also wish it had t-top and convertible options
Right, only reason I have em on my stx is to give some bullet protection to the back window, they look basic af tho
We also had them on multiple variants of the Uranus in GTA IV. Such a missed opportunity.

Those are Uranus wrecks, this one is meant to be the older version of them and the Uranus meant to be the Dominator replacement, so yeah

The 79-81 Cobra had the hood emblems. You're referring to the 74-78 pinto based Mustang 2 which had the King Cobra livery as a final model.

The only thing I feel that's missing from this car is the bi-plane spoiler seen on the SVO Mustang. Otherwise, it's great to see this finally.

Honestly props to R* for adding the earlier 'four eyed' mustang rather than the later facelift model, the early ones are underrated
Yeah, I think the Uranus should fill that role maybe, but the Uranus is more of the 2nd Gen Ford EXP that is hybridised with the later facelifted foxbody Mustang with Sierra Cosworth lights and spoilers, so yeah
I agree. The early cars are underappreciated so much. In my opinion they have a better design than the aero cars.
Plus it also gives us the King Cobra package too

FYI: Front bumper "Grated Bumper" has broken high beam lights that shoot the light up. You can see this at night, turn the high beams on, and it'll be dark until you approach a wall. You'll see the light shine up.

My dad retired from the N.C. highway patrol. His patrol vehicle was a 1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT interceptor. I still have it to this day (without all the police badges and lights) and I'll be retiring from the NCSHP in 3 more years. My patrol vehicle is a Dodge Charger RT hemi. Give me the 5.0

Fun Facts: Ford's SVT wing wasn't formed until 1991. It's predecessor was SVO which produced the SVO Mustang from '84-86. It boasted a 2.3 litre Lima Turbo I4.

I bought this car and to my surprise the high beam lights don't work at all
this is the ONLY DLC car that will be a must buy for me. My dad bought the fox body mustang when they first came out in 1979 it was his first new car ever it was a silver notch coupe (trunk not hatch). but I am gonna hold off to see what car is free for GTA plus next month.

I got to see a Fox Body mustang for the first time a couple weeks ago, and it looked so badass. It was all white, and looked as if they had kept it fairly stock so far, but still the body looked sweet
also if you want a customizable version of the original wheels you can look for the slicer at the tuner section, it also has a chrome version and cool looking tire lettering!
It’s super fast and light but it can be a little squirrely making a handful but it’s honestly the most fun of the dominators in my opinion
Before the car was close to getting released i was thinking torino red. Very nice. I like this car quite a bit
I honestly would love to see them adding the Uranus back but making it more based on the Ford Sierra and Sierra RS Cosworth so we can have both Dominator FX and the Uranus. We really need more old european cars.

What makes this vehicle stand out over the Uranus is its drivetrain; the Uranus had an improper FWD setup, the D.FX has RWD.
One of the best handling muscle cars onhere.
I'm surprised Rockstar grew up and decided to drop the price tags and I'm happy about it
I absolutely love the Dominator FX and i have seen there's options for the 1982 Foxbody Mustang as well but to me the overall styling is more to the 1982 Foxbody. Anyway I have it fully built and customized with the venom sport rims in chrome limo tinted windows the sport bumpers for front and rear twin chrome tip exhaust painted grated grill tuner skirts ridged intake hood painted square mirrors rolled lip spoiler competition suspension and bulletproof tires. The color I chose is a metallic beechwood brown with a gold pearlescent and woodbeech brown for the interior color
The cornering with this car is just like a Chef kiss, amazing. In non hsw races is in top tier. the Buffalo and the Dominator gt are technically better but this one in a track with a lot of corners can compete even with the vigero zx hsw. So much grip. Maybe too much.
I've always felt the wheels you chose would be perfect for the C4 Corvette, shame R* never included a 'Coquette D4'.
The Uranus in GTA IV, could occasionally be found with a big ol' "cosworth" like whale tail of a spoiler. Which is the only option missing from this imo

Nice car, finally a Foxbody Mustang, but wished they added the Uranus along with this to avoid confusion tbh, honestly I dunno why Rockstar not adding any of the GTAIV cars back, everyone have been asking for years for them for years and dunno why they aren't, they could of port them in and upscale them, also some of them were cut from the base game of GTAV, they could just easily bring them all back as well as any cut GTAIV and GTAV vehicles too, that's my take on this tbh

A common upgrade to first gen Stangs, is to replace the front end with a Fox body front end.
wish they had a tuners upgrade to it. have a stripped interior and a custom engine model would been cool
I would’ve preferred the notchback fox body Mustang but oh well… Also not that they will ever do it but if rockstar ever added a 78 to 80 cutlass supreme to this game, I would be beyond happy that’s what me and my dad have IRL and honestly, they are just really nice cars, but I don’t think that rockstar would ever add one to the game
I think the police one is overrall better if you can afford it. Offers slightly more customizations and access to vincent jobs. Plus you can always just make it look like the regular dominator anyway.

Pretty sure the Classic stripes livery is supposed to be a reference to Jakob Toretto’s Foxbody from Fast 9 and Fast X
I customized mine to look like the wrecks that have been in the game since day one
being raised around foxbodys ,most have a grey interior ,but I have seen some black,red,and whites on triple white trims ,I have seen brown but on the 79 ghia trim

He likes those classic cars and I think people people reviewing that same car on TH-cam it’s not the best car there’s better cars that you could get at the end of it. It’s gonna age quick. Everybody’s gonna forget about it at the end of it it’s just gonna be like a regular MPC GTA car there’s nothing surprising about the car so don’t listen to it. Listen to what you like. Finally, a Vapid Uranus.
Well this car has a broken problem I can’t ignore. I hope they fix it in a future update. But when you select the Grated Bumper front bumper option, the fog lights work, which is nice, but the drivers side fog light doesn’t light up properly, and when you have the high beams on, they don’t shine light in front of you, just darkness.
just ashame they didn't include the "whale tale" spoiler from the Uranus, you could kinda make it look like a Sierra Rs Cosworth, or the Merkur RS4ti I think it was called in the US.
They mine as well add the hardtop dominator gt so I can complete my mustang collection. You should do a mustang generations meet with the release of the fox body
