Some luxury cars nowadays may still use chrome on the grille, but windows trims are usually black or blush aluminum. All cars nowadays windshield wipers, back then most cars had chrome windshield wipers.

I wish we had the Chevrolet Corvette C5 (GTA 4 variant Invetero Coquette) and Chevrolet Corvette C6 with optional liveries that reference Cross’ and Webster’s Corvettes from Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005. But other than that, I believe that this Invetero Coquette D1 is a welcome addition to GTA 5 Online. Even though the Invetero Coquette BlackFin exists in the game and is already primarily based on the Chevrolet Corvette C1.
Yeah, also I'd love to see the C3 and C4 Corvette too, also a C2 Corvette Grand Sport as a Benny's upgrade for the Coquette Classic, also a Coquette based on the '09 Stingray Concept as well as the 2010 Roadster variant from Transformers Dark of the Moon movie

2:28 it’s weirdly rare to find a game with a c4 corvette, everyone wants the third gen, the fifth gen, sixth gen, seventh gen, 8th gen. 1st, 2nd, and 4th are left alone by a lot of people
Literally all it takes to add the C5 is to import the model from GTA IV, create the handling, add some customization and maybe come up with an improved name (to avoid confusion with the OG Coquette)
If you damage the car (the bumper) has a new animation where it’ll shake, like it’ll fall off, it’s only a minor detail but it’s cool, n the exhausts also shake, not sure if this is the only car that does it but yeh
I bought this vehicle as well and pretty much kept 90% of the vehicle stock. The only thing I changed was the front bumper, back bumper to tornado; I added the antenna to the back; and I also added the light covers. For the paint I went with a Metallic black and secondary I went with a metallic creme/light beige color configuration. I really think Rockstar did a good job with this car. Now they just need to add a 2008 Dyna Harley Davidson style inspired motorcycle.
I always wanted a proper C1 since the Blackfin just never looked good to me. I personally would've preferred the first gen C1 (like the Shubert Frigate in Mafia 2) or the one with the quad headlights, but this one here is an absolute beaut and I'm fine with it.

Honestly, having both is not redundant from a certain point of view, if you search for covertte C1 RS you will find a 600hp restomod that looks A LOT like the blackfin, and this is the original 1956 corvette model that has some differences in the rear part of the car

I'm curious how R* is getting around liscencing and copyright issues with some of their latest DLC cars. Car companies are usually pretty litigious when it comes to this stuff. They're still GTA canon named, but im thinking if the rumors that these are GTA6 leaks, maybe they threw some money around and we will have real world cars in gta6? And they can't name them real world counterparts for GTA5 because they didn't negotiate terms for this title?
On pc in the cat meet this broke my game. Adding cosmetic things didn’t change the appearance for the chrome bits and it kept taking back off brakes and engine stage
