You're not lying. I decided to change as well. Talk less. Tell less. Keep my mouth shut and worry about me. If change comes from within, nobody else can help you with that, but you. I come off as cold, even heartless to some. That's my motivation to focus on me tho. Detachment has taught me something. Keep the great videos up tho.
