Freaking awesome custom! Quick question: did you swap the head? It looks better but I can’t tell why. Maybe because of the cape?
I didnt it fits better because the cape is removed and it loooked weird on the shoulders. I just repainted the cowl and added 5 o clock shadow changed the skintone a bit

Amazing work. First time I've seen someone put white acrylic base before applying darker wash. Most just go straight black (acrylic black wash or kiwi shoe polish or even charcoal dust) then wipe.
Also, what did you use for the skin tone? Was it one colour or mixture? Thanks
Yes I didnt like how dark he was and honestly it turned out better than i expected and helped with highlighting. For the skin tine i just used a mix of brown and white and went darker on the lips and facial hair

Great video and you have given me some ideas for my own figure which i recently gave a makeover.i never went as rough looking as yours though.was you trying to reflect his look from the end of the movie ! i went for a lesser worn and used look with silver dry brushing.
Oh man thank you that means a lot. You know what at the start I wanted to give a slight hint of the dirt because when you see the set photos the suit foes look like that but i liked how it turned out and gave a bit of rusty look so I went for it.
you're so lucky getting the version which the cape are not glued to back of the neck

@@begamer90 yeah it sucks, its not just me but 2 of my friends got the same thing. i think that’s the new batch production
@@mihranurhudawan7499 but is it really that difficult to detach? Did you cut it?
@@begamer90 need some hot knife to cut it. kinda damage the neck piece. There also some glue on the shoulder part and the upper back which sucks.

Nothing that a little glue cant fix ;)
Is that a white primer or acrylic paint?
White acrylic. I had to repeat the wash a few times because I didnt like how dark the grey was originally. Everything else is also acrylic paint and black shoe polish.

4:23 I used this. Its a mat spray for glass but it works perfectly

@@miguelquiwa4200 you know, I never did it on my previously done figures but here i tried I think water mixed with dish soap but it didnt make any difference. Acrylic really sticks to this plastic no problem

Try to go for two sided pleather. And it has to be as thin as possible. This is the best I could get but its to thick and one sided.
Just buy the bendy fig has the most accurate Cape.
