This reminds me of conquering the world as a daimyo in EU3. Your infamy (basically that game's version of AE) would go to the shogun, so you could just ignore that mechanic, only really limited by overextension.
So basically a symbiotic relationship between the player and the AI nice
Love the militant order reform but I hate that you need a cardinal in Orleans. Or more specifically that if you have 7 cardinals and conquer another you can just RNG lose your Orleans one.
If you do get it to stick, though the modifier that makes all rulers and advisors female stays if you swap government reforms. Matriarch revolutionary was pretty funny
15:55 Whaaaaaaaaat this is your best general by a mile 5 shock in 1498 is awesome
Can you potentially conquer the whole of Europe with this method ?
Theoretically yes, just need to make sure coalition won't be too big while you're waging independence war. So you either need to conquer a lot of nations by chaining cobelligerents, or by having long periods of peace in between.
Helping France expand would be a way too wouldnt it ?@@CoolBonobo
Declaring indipendence war only to conquer the allies of France
I actually figured this out by accident when playing orleans!
This guide would be super helpfull if you play Orleans to get the achievement
Love your videos Bonobo!
orleans kicked france's ass and then burgundy's/netherland's. guess i was right, this game is really funny with the appanage feature!
Bamboozle the AI, love it!
Can't really ignore AE as you still need to keep it low for when you're in independence war and when/if you gain independence. Any AE you get also makes it harder to get other nations to support your independence.
Really, the only benefit you get is that they won't coalition war you while you're at peace and I guess if you can end wars fast they might not have time to coalition war you during your own wars either, but then you're always forced to do fort assaults or invest HEAVILY into siege ability.
It just doesn't seem like much of a benefit to me, any other nation could get the same amount of territory by sticking to claims and making sure not to take too much land at once, while being free to find allies and declare war when and wherever they want.
Holly God, believe me or not. I was just struggling for a week trying to make order of Joan D'Ark. TH-cam algorithm has cooked fr
yo holy wtf i like kind of this lmao
Is it possible to learn this power?
Not from HRE
