Haven't tried the peptide serum but this toner is very hydrating. You can't get glass skin with this toner only. Have to use other products in which spf is mandatory

I think it should be the diet. Get good food, to have a healthy bowel routine, focus on gut. How's your organs doing. Mental health. Water intake. Then, much later comes the topical treatments.

It's hard to recommend an essence under 700. But you can buy cosrx Propolis toner in 690 rs from Maccaron app. It has to be a 1st purchase. Great for dry dull skin. Non Comedogenic too

Get numbuzin No.3 if you're okay with fermented ingredients. Otherwise the Propolis one. It's more suited for winters for oily skin
