    Run/walk method is elite - so glad you are doing it and talking about it!! I completely agree, when I do run/walk intervals I can go so much longer and afterwards feel much, much better. Keep going Erin!

    Fun to see you find training that works for you. Strength, fueling, run/walk all seem to be working together. Hopefully you find a good rest schedule too.

    So exciting!
    I typically prefer the other season during the season I’m training in😂 but I agree winter running is a bit better than summer running.

    Awesome job. So good to see your running vids back on here. 100% agree that cold weather running is more tolerable ( don’t want to say enjoyable). Starting summer here in Melbourne and my running/movement mojo has majorly derailed compared to winter me. You’re right run /walk is key
