I love that you’re so honest about the struggle. You have inspired me to believe it’s possible. A year ago I was just a walker but I started running by gradually jogging more and more of my walk. This morning I ran 5 miles with just a little walking. I averaged 16.25 minutes a mile. It’s not exactly Olympic pace but it’s a great improvement and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
Thanks for keeping it real and making it relatable!

That’s incredible! So glad I could be a part of that journey.

I love you and how real you are. My runs look exactly like this! Minus the 14 miles and kids… but they feel just like this!!

I cannot tell you how much I love your videos. I just sit here and laugh out loud. You just say all of the things we all feel at times with our running. And your humor just makes it better. Thank you for sharing and for always brightening my day!! And I listen to your podcast every week,. Sometimes on runs and sometimes just driving in the car. I love it!! You and Michael are the perfect combination!!

That was the most relatable video I've seen in a while 😍 Mom life and mom math at its finest! But you kept your goal to yourself! That's inspiring!!

You look just like I feel. 😂 I ran 12 miles yesterday and my body hurt so bad at the end. Started at 37F and ended at 50F. I like the bike shorts underneath suggestion. My thighs might not freeze the next time I go run. Happy running y’all! 🏃🏻‍♀️👟🌈

Have you considered doing any of the Disney World races (Marathon or various Halfs they offer)? I think your training for one of their challenges would be so much fun to watch!!

It has felt so cold up here. I totally understand why you thought it was single digits!

Have you ever seen spyder brand gear (found it at TJ Maxx in last 1/2 year) it is the best for cold PA outdoor runs (a thin jacket and fleece half zip is my favorite)

Ooh I do like the Dynamize protein. It's a decent option

Now's about the time I find out you're an elite athlete and this is a parody channel. 😅

Post run brain is a thing. My friend was asked his address at the end of long run and he could not remember it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
