Yeah. I’m pretty stoked with what Danny is doing making good ground available to club members. I live way up in the NW corner of Oregon and have been a frustrated miner. Almost all the exotic terrains and gold is covered with the massive basalt lava flows up this way. I will be trying out the Washington claims next week. And then I’ll becoming down your way in May. Yeah I’m stoked.
I'm sure my gold hogs where losing gold... not sure if the water is going to fast or if I'm at to much at an angle. We brought home .4 in smalls; but I'm sure I seen flake and pickers in the sighting mats. We didn't make bedrock though
@@hhprospecting7508 yknow Damon said the same thing about his gold hog matting, thinks the bigger bits migrate down and get lost. I use dream mat for my stream sluice, it works really well, keeps the big, thin, flat flakes that tend to go flyin. .4g isn't bad at all for top gravels! Might be some good stuff on bedrock

Awesome video a agree with the hoses I know I had to go to 3 or 4 different places to find mine. Every1 kept trying to sell me the black n green ones. I was like no way I won't be able to see my plugs lol. But I found mine at a Rual King for 1.59 a ft for 2" and 2.59 for 3" everywhere else wanted 3&4 bucks a ft. O and yeah I bet u money u are losing gold tho your like the 3 or 4th person. Ive herd say that n the others was the gold migrates extremely easy when your water fluctuates and if u bump your sluice my clean up sluice is the same way.

So how commen is the gold further north of medford. Is worth checking the moutians away from the river. I kinda got into this extremely recently. While doing a big fence my auger found a quartz seem I am guessing. Didn't have time to look further into it.
There is gold all the way to the coast on the Rogue and Umpqua rivers. Check out some of our other videos. We give exact locations on where to find gold near Grants Pass and Gold Hill. Good luck!
But yes... the source of the gold come from the mountains. So that's actually where you'll find bigger gold is in the mountain streams. You ought to look into joining the RMPA. Dozens of claims all over Oregon, California, and Washington
See this is on private land witch I know people do have claims there bit since homeowners don't know nothing about one assuming there wasn't. This is also more along butte falls area like really close.

We will know for sure after next weekend. Going to run a second sluice after just to make sure we aint losing anything
