edit: rudiger has to be in the team so switch him for militao since he's missed half the year

Out of the 23 champions league seasons in the 2nd milenium, El Classico won 11 titles, the other 12 are divided between 8 different teams from 4 leagues. From 2014 to 2018 there were 2 all Spanish finals, 4 times both European cups were won by Spanish teams, and 3 times there were 3 Spanish teams in the semi finals, and most importantly only Spanish teams won the CL.
PL in the last 5 seasons - ManCity - 4 Liverpool - 1
LaLiga in the last 5 seasons - Real Madrid - 2 Barcelona - 2 Atletico - 1
Manchester City and Liverpool have had games in the PL where they won by 7 - 0 or 8 - 0 while no one in LaLiga has come even close to that in the last 5 years.
How anyone can ever claim that PL is more competitive and higher quality is beyond me
