    I couldnˋt care less what gear this man uses. Itˋs his pictures, grading and humor that makes me watch his videos. He such a sweetheart. Positiv and motivating. He‘s really inspiring to me. I‘m watching this on an ipad. Hasselblad - Sony - Potato, couldnˋt tell the difference anyway. But I know what a great photo looks like and I know how motivating new gear is for photographers. Keep on taking pics Mark! I‘m cheering for you! 🎉

    Great review! I just got this lens and find it excellent. Some owners are finding this lens to not be on par with other XCD lenses, but I am extremely pleased with my copy.

  • @michalbauer8522

    F4 stands for just 4 kg, which is ideal for street and travel photography. You can leave your main tripod at home and use some smaller one. Sell your gym membership, let the streetphoto be your gym from now (and you will need some extra cash to buy this lens anyway)...
    Ok, I came to joke about medium format streetphotograpy idea, but I have to admit that I admire the beautiful pictures you shared. I also love the vignette of this lens, looks very pleasing to my eyes :)

    The 28mm focal length is my go to FAVORITE focal length...you can shoot a little bit of everything with it! Here you are with my favorite focal length with my dream camera body...mocking my PAIN. 😩 🤣 😑 Great video, great shots!

    • @BigSlimyBlob
      @BigSlimyBlob 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Impressive. On that camera body, that 28mm lens is the equivalent of a 22mm. It's way wider than I could get away with. I don't think I would be comfortable with anything under 35mm.
      The XCD 38mm could tempt me, though. It's the equivalent of a 30mm. It's very wide, but not unmanageable... probably.

    I always wonder why XCD lenses have the smallest glass Realestate on their lenses. Either a medium format system one would think glass surface should be bigger.

  • @hresto1

    DJI's attempt at marketing expensive Hasselblad lenses as fast focus, action ready, street photography gear. Dude, it's just a well, all around camera and lens. Landscape, fashion, industrial, marketing, portrait and leaf shutter flash sync advantages. Make a 35mm full frame, high pixel count with leaf shutter in a smaller lighter form factor and I will buy it. A modern Zeiss Ikon - mirrorless Contaflex.😊

    When you photographed the carousel, I saw that the X2D's display showed SSD B0001535, the serial number of the photo. Can the letter B at the beginning be artificially modified to the string required by the photographer? Thanks!

    28mm is still wide for me, I checked the price wow, it costs a kidney 😅😆 nice shots! congrats on the lens, I could never afford that, not in this lifetime lol I cant believe you're not using a strap my god thats a very very expensive camera!

    • @BigSlimyBlob
      @BigSlimyBlob 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah, 28mm is really wide, and on this medium format camera it's the equivalent of a 22m, which is kind of freakishly wide. I'd be interested in trying the 38mm (equivalent 30mm), but even that is a bit shorter than I'm comfortable with.

      I only heard the medium format focal length. If the 35mm equivalent was said i apparently missed it. I’m poorly familiar with the system to do the math for 35mm equivalent.
