How to See Beyond the Five Senses | Piercing the Veil of Illusion

  • In this 12-minute video, Lee Holden introduces you to his brand-new style of Qi Gong: Piercing the Veil Qi Gong. It draws on the Traditional Chinese Medicine idea that just beyond the physical form is an invisible, “formless” life-force energy we can connect with. When we connect with this energy, it can help us free ourselves from preconceived notions so we can live authentically.
He also guides you through a Piercing the Veil Qi Gong routine, which includes pressure point activation, spiraling flows, and “golden light” meditation.
Join Lee for two weeks of online Qi Gong classes for free. Just click the link below to get started: lp.holdenqigon...

The spiral is related to so many things in the universe. The Fibonacci sequence can be found forming galaxies millions of light years away, and can be found in the formation of a sunflower. Personally, I have a double spiral tattoo on my hand which reminds me that everything you need is inside you, and once you’ve realized this you can take it out and share it with the world helping others.

Thank you so much Lee for your work! The first time I find you in 2015 and then I do regularly qi gong with you. I am happy that you again started posting new video. We definatelly need more exercises. If all people did it, the world would be very diferent.
I am asking you very kindly to post video where this practice ( meditation in movents) lasts at least more o less 15 min. I think that any meditation lasting less than 10 min is less offiecient than longer one.

Sensei Lee, I was introduced to your qigong practice about two years ago through another martial artist. It has benefitted me through many physical ailments, i.e., Multiple Myloma, heart attack, and peripheral neuropathy caused by radiation treatment and chemotherapy. I try to do your morning 11:40 20 minute routine every day and add some yoga positions for good measure. Thank you

This may seem like an odd question but, Is there any danger to the circulatory system of dislodging plaque from the veins of older people 60+ age and causing a heart attack by the tapping on the chest, back, or abdominal areas?

Size, size matters imagine you do? By my size you judge me? Size matters not for my ally is the Force. The Force, life creates it, everywhere it is, yes. The trees, the rocks, you, the water, the ship, it connects.
