There are a lot more differences on Camera department. You can take only 4K30 FPS on 11T. 11T pro is able to take 4K60 and 8K30. 11T can take only night mode 2.0 and 11T pro can take AI night mode. It’s not so important for you but in Japan, you can get FeliCa only with 11T pro.

Xiaomi has not fix the proximity issues on the redmi note 10 pro even after 3 updates.
Esp playing whatsapp voice msg. The screen goes blank, volume reduce & keep on playing 1 after another voice msg.
Your reviews are the best bro, this is a better choice than 11T Pro in my opinion, basically the same phone for less.
Sure there are differences but really not worth paying extra for, i don't need 120w charging, i only charge at night anyway.

Hi Chris, regarding your tests on the Xiaomi 11T, have you tested it again to see if the overheating issue is still happening ?
I've been testing it out for the past 3 weeks, in the frame of the Xiaomi Explorer 2021, with your review in mind and i never encountered the issue despite pushing it hard on benchmarks throttling and gaming (not Genshin Impact though). I wonder if your unit was faulty or if they addressed the issue with an MIUI update in the meantime.

120hz really brings great fluidity to a great colorful screen but affects battery.
For my personal use, i got through the day easy but i'm not gaming 4h a day either. Then again with the 67w charging, if you're little organized battery isnt really an issue.
In the end it's quite a good phone but at the same Price, I believe you may Find good bargains for 2021 phones which are better.

It's a bit disappointing that Xiaomi marketed both 11T and pro as Cinemagic but they didn't even include OIS on the main lens. Great review as always.

@@kamwardmama-o2424 yeah, kinda dissapointing that they omitted the ois, but keep the same price, maybe because of chipset shortage hits them very hard.
I mean in my country, xiaomi stops producing all midrange snapdragon powered device altogether, so that they could have used that chipset quota to make flagship device that needs flagship qualcomm chipset

Hello. I need help. I notice if I don't touch the screen for 1 second the display "lowers" it's display light and when I touch it it comes back. Seems like when I'm touching it or moving it's great, kinda annoying.
I think the overheating problem of 11t is not so critical as it used Dimensity 1200 instead of s888

Using Google dialer. But the other will be notified that you are recording the call, which is good, IMO.
Do a comparison between Xiaomi mi 11i vs Xiaomi mi 11tpro camera testing see which one of them is better.

The phone comes with great 5g bands. thanks to the mediatek processor in this one.
Isn't it weird it supports 90 fps in a few games, yet the 11T Pro doesn't? Personally got the 11T Pro and have been disappointed to see multiple options missing compared to previous Xiaomi phones as well as to friends' 11T (non-pros).
Battery for 11T Pro also has been way worse compared to Poco F2 Pro and I feel like refresh rate is not going down when needed, power monitor shows constant 117-122 fps in UI and simple apps, Poco F2 Pro even tho it has no LTPO display goes to 1 fps in static images

They are built-in Super Wallpapers. All high-end Xiaomi phones have them. They're awesome!
Last month I bought this phone as a second one after my mi 10t pro display is not working properly. So I was thinking about a cheaper one and this one was 265 euro with 256 Gb storage. It was the last unit and nobody cares about it,but it was listed on the website. After all is a good phone, I installed miui 14 update and everything is ok. The only thing I noticed is a reduced volume of the Bluetooth headphones compared to the mi 10t pro. Everything else is working fine, camera is ok. The charging speed is very decent. It is a good phone after all even if it's an older model.
Is there difference in sound quality ? 24 bit ?
They fixed some of the issues? The phone worth buying now?
Any proximity sensor problem?
There is huge sound leak on this phone, anyone in a room would hear the phone call, do you know how this can be fixed ? Thanks

Im also using this mi 11t. Having problem with sms, mostly has no notification sound and when idle for many hours it doesn't received messages only it received when you about to use the it.
Did you try updating the message App?

The difference between the performance of 1200 and 888 is little compared to the overheating issue with SD 888. I'd take the unnoticeable lower performance over the faster component degredation due to overheating. Better battery efficiency is also a plus on 1200 ultra

11T Pro is smaller camera sensor size than 10T pro ?
some site shows Mi10T pro 108 MP, f/1.8, 1/1.52.

I have the phone and i haven't experienced any problems you mentioned, played pubgm at 120hz 90fps for long sessions and no problems what so ever, on antutu i got a score of 607000ish which is quite a lot higher then you got for some reason.
I guess software updates have fixed those issues properly

Have subsequent software updates fixed the heating issue? I remember my old Meizu introduced an update that stated the system was too hot but then they released an update to move the temperature upper limit 🤣.
Does this phone truly overheat or have they been really strict with the thermal profile?
I'm not an expert on the processors of this phone and the pro model, but I would guess there is some disconnect in having 2 of what is essentially the same phone with 2 completely different chips inside. Hopefully it gets a fix, because this phone really looks amazing.
The oneplus nord 2 has a significantly better battery life while rocking the same chipset despite having only 4500mah battery. Perhaps it could be attributed to the 90hz screen, but i feel like the difference shouldn't be as big

Not really. Check out GSMArena review. They said this produces better image than the PRO version. Even them recommending this over the PRO

Firmware updates lower performance when hot so it doesn't overheat as much now.

Most of the reviewers in my country(Malaysia) recommend that the 11T is a better phone than 11T Pro in gaming because it's less likely to throttle under intense gaming sessions.

Mediatek will always heat more than their snapdragon counterparts, 888 could get too hot sure, but it have better performance than 1200, 1200 have comparable performance to snapdragon 870, and 870 heats a lot less than 1200. Too bad snapdragon 870 have a very low availability because of chipset shortage, so the choice is just flagship snapdragon, or flagship mediatek, both have overheat issues.
@@rachmatzulfiqar I'll get 11T over the 11T Pro simply because of the overheating issue on SD888. 1200 performance similar to 870 but 870 heats up less than 1200? Hmm, what choice do we have? As a bonus, the GPS accuracy on Dimensity is excellent compare to Snapdragon.

Thanks for the review. From what I understand, if you are not gaming on this phone, it's still a fantastic buy considering the price vs features.
Actually i saw in other reviews that this chipset is actually better for gaming than the snao dragon. Those also mentioned sd has a better performance but for long therm its better because it doesn't heat up that much. So it is very strange for me this review said it heats up
@@bendeguzvarga816 We also have to consider the fact that Chris was using stress test. And that amount of load on the phone is most of the time unrealistic, but it is used to test the thermal limits of the device. Other than that, it hasn't overheated on me.

@@ntelas46 Honestly speaking, there isn't any phone (at least in my region) that provides such great specs even after so many months. The only nit-pick for me personally has to be the size. The 6.67 inch display is a bit big for me, and I'm not doing much gaming or Netflix, which I initially thought I would. If a phone is released with similar specs and smaller screen, I'd switch.
Other than that, some minor MIUI annoyances. Nothing major. I'm not sure about EIS on front camera. I don't use front cameras, Sorry.
@@ntelas46 You could also check OnePlus Nord 2. It has same processor Dimensity 1200 and smaller 6.4" screen. The only thing it's missing is a macro lens, which is a must for me as I'm obsessed with macro photography. Other than that, that's a great phone according to reviews. Also, I'd prefer the OnePlus skin over MIUI.
Great video. Enjoying this phone for the most part, bought about a month ago. But the issue I'm having at the moment is with low Bluetooth volume on true wireless earbuds. It is significantly lower than my previous phone (Xiaomi Mi A1 Android 9), around 50% less. I found a potential solution, but it required resetting the phone. Do you have any knowledge about this? And if so, any solution that doesn't require resetting?
Go to developer settings and make sure that absolute volume is on

Google maps didn’t overheat it it was just really gaming that did.

Very odd that you get overheating problems with the mediatek. Normally it's the SD888 that got those problems. The mediatek stays consistent. At least in 6-7 other reviews Ive seen of the 11t / 11t pro
Most of the reviews I've seen only use it for 15 min and don't do demanding benchmarks or games for extended periods. This channel will play for an hour or so to test each phone.

Any of you guys who owns this phone have an issue with the bottom part of the screen, the back/cancel touch option at the lower right part of the screen seems to be unresponsive sometimes🤔

I turned off touch feedback in the settings and the button seems to be responsive again😁 The touch feedback can't seem to work properly it you type fast on the screen, maybe it's a software bug, hope it gets fix soon through system updates🙏 mamba out!

Maybe the MIUI modification they did on Android is the one that needs fixing or a total rewrite to streamline it. No amount of new features and fancy looks can compensate for performance and usability issues. And Xiaomi already dropped the "Mi" name. So it should now be XUI.
