Your Ultra 2 LEDs will certainly work very well as you know! These XB headlights will have a tighter beam pattern with a better hotspot + all the other cool features of the headlight! This might be apparent to some, but to me I’m confused on this specific thing. I’ve heard this multiple times but why are the bottom bulbs the “High” beams. Wouldn’t it be easier and more logical for the top bulbs to the “Highs”?
This is the design of the headlights, since they use projectors there is nothing to worry about the light being slightly higher with the low beams vs the high beams, and it actually allows the high beam to point more directly down the road! Let us know if you have any other questions, we are here to help!

We do not have any complete headlight housings, but we do have tons of other options for you! I have linked these all for you here: www.headlightrevolution.com/buyer-guide-by-vehicle/2015+Ford+Expedition
@@HeadlightRevolution There are a lot of options. Do you have any videos planned to compare them in the Expedition housings? I want to pick a pair that have the brightness and pattern that will fit my needs.
Yes they look essentially the same. The biggest difference is all four projectors illuminate for the low beams, greatly increasing coverage close to the vehicle, and there is only one adjustment screw for the whole assembly.
Alpharex throw more light close to the vehicle, Morimoto throws more ahead of the vehicle. In the Gen 2 version, Morimoto addressed this difference by giving the lower 2 projectors dual duty with both low and high beams incorporated in these projectors. This difference covers the close in to the vehicle better. IMO the Morimotos looks more elegant, and project farther down the road.

Lux is only applicable with the same test perameters, when something changes like the height of the headlight, the amount of other light in the room when reading the numbers, and distance to the measuring device. With that said, Lux is better at showing the change in light from the OEM to the aftermarket lighting product, not comparing other tests from other videos. Are you talking about the LED halo around the projectors? Or are you talking about the projectors? The halos can be disabled by not hooking them up, either by leaving the extra included harness off, or by not hooking the harness up to the lights, or the fuse box. If you're talking about the projectors, on a US vehicle, you can disable them in the dashboard menu under advanced settings and lighting. If it's a Canadian vehicle, then you either have to get Forscan, or your local Ford dealer (US only) can turn them off. In Canada, the DRLs are required by law and Ford has disabled the check box in the dashboard menu system, if you are in Canada, your dealer can't disable them by law, no matter if you have the Morimotos or not. If you are in Canada, I suggest using Forscan.
