Would probs be a reasonable change tbh, I feel they should do something about the amount of synergy that they can be stacked with but exactly how they fix it doesn't matter too much

I might point out that the flakk missile and tempest shell stratagems are useful in the niche circumstance that one needs to 1) finish off the last wound on a vehicle/high invuln target or 2) the flakk missile especially targets units with the FLY keyword, say, one or two storm shield vanguard vets holding an objective.

Popping a nurgle caster with my stalker bolt rifles for 3cp was totally worth it. Netted me two victory points and a small pile of salt.

Question about vengeance of the machine spirit; if a Repulsor executioner uses it does it fire 2 shots or 4 if selecting the heavy laser destroyer weapon to fire?

Wording is shoot as if it were your shooting phase, so 4 you know unless you have your executioner flying down the field to the enemy which seems foolish.

@@darkandedgy1457 Don't worry, my comment was from almost a year ago anyways. Everything has changed in small ways since then. If you're confused how Strategems work, they're bonuses you can apply to your forces (at certain times) with Command Points you start with.
There are lots of "How to play 40k: 9th Edition" videos out there that will get you up to speed 👍

@@tslfrontman what im confused about is the terms "battle tactic" ,"strategic ploy" ,"epic deed" and "requisition" stratagems like I dont understand the terms for those also how to keep up with the rule changes for supplements like the salamanders

@@darkandedgy1457 thankfully GW has a Salamanders FAQ on their site.
Most of those terms were just fluffy words. Requisition refers to narrative play. Strategic Ploy and Battle Tactic are just types of Strategems used at different times (Ploys are used during Set-up/Deployment, Battle Tactic used during battle, etc)
