yeah well that's what you look for in indie acoustic songs. It's not meant to be studio perfect. The kooks have some good songs like that. Check out the Rak track not sure how it got released but it's just full of songs that weren't made for albums.

Many are sensitive and introverted and often create their best songs, if they are in a mental deep (Amy Winehouse is just one example), but exactly these kind of songs, we love much, cause they touch our souls. Today, the record labels perpetrate enormous pressure and who wants to be constantly in a depressed mood to be creative and write new songs? Drugs and alcohol are a simple means to compensate. It is sad to see Pete like this and one problem of heroin is, that you always think, you look normal, you act normal and no one sees that you are high. I wish him all the best and hope he will find his anchor to hold on
