@@thehallgrens784 a lot of migration form the north would increase property prices. I am not from the US but I visit there at least twice on every trip to the US and Mount Dora has not lost its appeal to me. It’s soo magical, charming. Laid back. Christmas time is my Favorite time to visit. Loved to go to Rocking Rabbit Brewery. Sadly they have been closed for a while now.
You need to go to one flight up. And of you go around winter time light up mount dora Is a must see. The trail near Gilbert Park is the best place to go. Also you need to go to the Mexican place pizza amore. Hole in the wall place but it's the best pizza on earth

One flight up was awesome. The food, the service the view. Had a great IPA there. Goose is in part of the name. There was a British pub that I had the best burger in my life. They have since moved one street over and sadly the ambiance is not the same.
Small town joke!!!! Not a small town! 145,000 people, Huge, crime, building 24-7, total destruction on natural areas, all strip malls and gas stations, drugs, gangs,place is a must avoid!!
I LOVE your videos. Please give me the name of the last beach you said was further away. That is preferred for our family. I lived in Melbourne, FL for 10 yrs after I moved from Queens, NYC. I avoided Cocoa Beach and The Melbourne beach because it was always packed. Made me appreciate a few hidden gems we found including the lesser packed beaches along the county. We love to sit on the beach and look out or do picnics on the beach

A lot of beautiful places were not covered, like princess place preserve, washington oaks, the pottery and painting activity, great restaurants, they were all closed at the time we took the video. We are so blessed to be in this peaceful area

We highly recommend arcadia if you want to see a cattle county and a beautiful town or if you are considering moving to a quiet neighborhood, Fort myers for a nice beach and great downtown and restaurants

It is a fun place! Worth visiting and wont break your bank either. Never took a video of their gift shop but the prices there are also affordable. Not a lot of tourist because it is a little far from orlando
