In this episode, we had the pleasure to taste Todo Mukashi of Shichimeien's tea farm, located in Kyoto. This Matcha made of the Samidori (さみどりcultivar and is not blended.
I really enjoy drinking single cultivar Matchas because it tells so much more about the tea cultivar and the quality of the harvest.
