In this episode, I had the pleasure to taste Premium Matcha Narino of Shichimeien's tea farm, located in Kyoto. This Matcha is made of the Narino (成里乃) cultivar, a single cultivar, and single estate tea.
I really enjoy drinking single cultivar Matchas because it tells so much more about the tea cultivar and the quality of the harvest.
Even though I mentioned in the video that we are sold out, I was able to place another order and secured some of the last lots of 2020 Premium Narino...

I had my eye on this matcha for a long time, I could not justify spending 50$ for 20 grams of matcha, I ordered the regular narino and mumon and eiju from Marukyu koyamaen, and I also need a new whisk too, nowdays whisks are getting expensive too.
