What kind of 60-130 time and 1/8 or 1/4 mile times/speeds does something like this setup run? Assume they can run pretty close to the same times on the street as a track?
I just purchased a 2024 3:01 G82 in Signal Green individual. Where is that “Individual” placard that has the color on it I see under the hood of your 2023? I can’t find mine!!!
For the money, B58TU. For ALL OUT performance, still the B58TU. Technically, B58TU is the only one in the 7s. Fastest S58 is like a 8.3 in the 1/4 mile. For the best performance on a stock motor, S58 and it’s not close at all. With simple bolt ons, they can make nearly 800AWHP with a. Little bit of E
@@AYO_KO The S58 makes infinitely more power than a B58 for 99.9% of people. No one is running 7s or 8s in their daily driver lol. People need to just compare motors with similar tunes, piggybacks, downpipes, and then at the "high end" for civilian consumers would be items like port injection, upgraded turbos, and possibly upgraded connecting rods. S58 is the clear winner, by a lot.
@@2seep true. But that difference is everything that comes with the power. Motor to motor, your argument makes sense but we can’t forget, S58 does 750WHP with downpipes, intakes, and an E30 mix. The B58 is getting anywhere near that with the same mods. The money you’d save getting the B58 over the S, would go into mods that could help the B58 keep up with a bolt on S58. But like every keyboard warrior will remind us, one is an M, and one isn’t. The B58 will definitely deliver in a straight line but the S58 will be in a chassis that just has an all around edge in performance. Of course if we only care about straight line, then the M goodies mean nothing.
@@G82Jesse I get what you’re saying. It’s just the dollar value of that power, where the line is blurred. $70k for a used 22 G80 xDrive. $5k in ECU unlock, bolt ons, and tuning gives you monumental horsepower. But the B58 can be had for $35k. Throw $10k-$15k into that and you’re making the same power as a bolt on E30 S58 car but you’re only $45k-$50k all in as opposed to $75k with the M car
@bfromthea7663unfortunately 2jz came out in like 1992 and has been capable and pushed to 1160whp on stock bottom end . Some blew up after months of thrashing it and some live if they are conservative with it. BMW finally made something modern that’s strong and bmw fans acting like they have never seen this out of a straight six. Lol
The S58 is an absolute savage out of the box. Forced internals from the factory!

I have a 24 g82 and need to get it to you guys!
Just email us at sales@cesmotorsport.com and we can take care of you!
Sick, I can only imagine this in my G87. But I'm still under break in lol
Have you guys gotten a 25 LCI (xdrive) in the shop to dyno. curious if that 20hp claim to have been added is just fluff
We havent seen one yet but if we do we will make a video!
How long will the motor and transmission hold up to all that extra power?
what is the deivetrain loss on these xdrive g80? in other words, what is the approximate crank hp for 880 wheel?
Curious, how does Paul Johnson help tune if you already have it on a dyno? Isnt that why the car is with you guys?
I'm sure he has OTS tunes for specific bolt on packages, but then he can fine tune everything remotely via BM3.
once i get some money together ill bring my Supra to you guys
thats b58
thanks for the laugh
How much boost was needed on the pures to make 880?
Does the G80 make more power than the X3M after a tune?
Same engine i think
What do people like among the S55 vs S58 vs B58?

@@AYO_KOyou can literally make 800whp on a b58 stock internals too. 80whp difference is not worth the 40k extra

What fuel are you running on this?
E50 blend for the 700+whp
@@cesmotorsportofficial so I assume that's e85 making 880?
Yes the 880whp was on full e85 with upgraded Pure turbos. Stock turbo G8X's can see mid to low 700s with e50

What is the max crank power with 99 ron or 93 us on stock turbos fbo with uprated intake manifold?
Jet 🔥

Yes

Stock internals are still forged. BMW did not skimp out on this motor.
