SOLUTION GUYS :- I’ve been having same problem did everything took 2 hours still nothing worked then just took an otg hooked pendrive to my phone and within 10 seconds i just formatted it and plugged into my pc works like charm.
I connect the pendrive and after a while it shows the memory used but i am unable to open properties. Disk management also doe snot load and even commend prompt does not load if the pendrive is connected. this pendrive was connected to a smart tv for months and was not in use, but it was connected
