Absolutely Delicious, the pork knuckles was gelatinous and full of flavor with the seasoning of red fermented bean curd, tangerine peel and star ainse....so yummy! I use my Instant Pot to cook the knuckles high pressure cook and it came out great.

跟張媽媽做了數次這個炆猪手,更改了少许,啤冷水令豬手更爽, 口感更好,減南乳,加腐乳。 用東明大橋的珠豆花生先浸後煲20分钟,餘者跟張媽媽的做做在鑊中爆炒加水滚起後放入 instant pot 用 meat stew set 25 分钟,用 instant pot 水可減半。
